  • This warming heart opening flow is strong and spicy, designed to help balance the right and left side of the brain and body to help you feel grounded and good. Use this offering to recommit to time with yourself. Find freedom within the form and stay disciplined about your breath. This 20-minute yoga flow will help you connect to a strong base, promote healthy blood flow, and increase strength and flexibility in both mind and body.
    This session invites you to notice your patterns and consider your willingness to see and take action in a new way. Welcome a possible shift in your perspective to find creative solutions to any problem. Embrace the heat, keep your mind open.     Another great routine, Adriene! One thing I've been reflecting on is how your yoga videos have helped me to accept changes in my own body. We all go through illness, injury and other difficulties in our lives when we may lose fitness and our bodies change in a way we may not want them to. But no matter how my body changes, I'm always able to come back to these videos and begin to build strength again. They may feel harder than before, but they are manageable, and they give me peace in my own skin. Thank you Adriene for all you do, and for keeping your practice freely available to all ❤

    ALIGN 🌟 | February 12, 2023 | Whew today this practice shook loose some frustration and impatience! But I know it wasn't this practice that caused those feelings, it was just the tool to bring them to the surface. And while that's uncomfortable it's oh so necessary! Because the truth is that we don't always feel good, and trying to cover up any bad feelings won't make them go away. It's so much better to let them come to the surface, and watch them move through and out. I needed a perspective shift today and while it came in a shape I didn't want, it came in a shape I needed. 🙏

    Who else just finished "Breath" and is here in 2021? I started doing yoga with the help of this channel in Oct 2019 and it's the first time I did 30 Days in 30 Days. Hope to keep it going the rest of the year. Thank you for being you, Adriene!

      Keep it up. It will become habit. Similarly I followed ywa for 3 years off and on never finished the 30 days.
      I've kept the daily practice now for 4 months.
      Its a journey you can do it.

    I did this practice 5 months ago, and it really helped. At that time I had been doing yoga for 147 days in a row. Now I've been doing yoga for 315 days in a row. I feel so much better for it,😀 today's yoga has really helped me where my mind is at the moment. I am quite stressed recently with lots going on in my life. But today's yoga has eased some of the stress, yoga everyday is truly a life saver. Thank you so much Adriene you are truly the best. See you tomorrow for more awesome yoga practices. Namaste! 🙏🧡

    Wow ! I definitely feel ready to face the day now . 😃 thank you Adriene for always giving me the strength to face what ever comes my way . I've beening do Yoga on and off for about five years , but I decided to get back into yoga full time after my sister died last July. I've now been doing yoga everyday for 147 days , it has been amazing. Align Day 12:02:23✅😌😊, finally 💪🏾🧘🏾‍♀️💞 aced the side plank, turns out easier than I realised it would be, even had some wobbles & falls😄🤣, my balance is improving regularly and so glad for Adrienne & this amazing community.     I think i really needed this practice today, thank you! I was so close to skipping today but i didn't!!!! I already didn't show up yesterday, because the video didn't quite resonate w/ me and all i wanted to do was sleep. I haven't been sad nor down lately, but i do feel more weaker/lazier than usual. Its not like im sick its just idek i feel pretty unenergized lately 😅

    The shift in perspective was very clear to me today. I remembered that I get to choose where my energy flows, other people don't take my energy away, I let them have it! I have a choice in that, I can keep my energy and not let myself get drained by other people 💙 thank you Adriene, for yet another perfect practice 💚

    Yesterday I moved out of the country that has been my necessary home for the past year and back to my own country and hometown. Today is my first day at my dream job.       I sometimes swap days too... It makes it easier for me to follow and catch up - or relax if my body is asking for something else. I love knocking on heaven's door and I have to smile whenever Adriene warns people not to skip it:)

    I don’t know if you’ll see this or not, but I know the roller coaster of emotions as my mother had a stroke last September just before her 61st birthday. Praying for your mother’s recovery but also praying for you and your family as you all navigate this.

    Just got back from a 2 week trip where I did water yoga and swimming rather than traditional home practice. Shifting back to yoga with Adrienne felt so good as I shift back to HOME mode in so many ways. So thankful to have Adriene as a daily practice in my life again.

    Another excellent needed routine...managed to do well with the planks that I normally skip, stayed with it and felt at ease. ...April Root Day 09:04:23✅☕🌼🌅, went with yoga for Sciatica afterwards as well, so👌🏾😅...Ty wonderful Adrienne for all these amazing practices, enjoying a peaceful Easter Sunday here and wishing you all a fantastic day as well.🙏🏾😊💙💛🍀

      Day 40 of the current run - holy cow, I got 40 likes from that earlier comment. I can do side plank on the right side with some ease, left side is still a little rough - I'll keep working on it though.

      Day 208 (part 1) of the current run. The side planks are going much more smoothly now! That said, the flow at the end had me sweating like a suspect in the simplest murder mystery ever.

    Darling Adriene, thank you for this practice. I’ve been doing your sessions for years (I’m 58 in a much younger body because of your videos!), and I especially appreciate today’s practice focused on shifting perspectives as you added poses that you often don’t use. I needed this because in a few hours I will be taking the LCSW exam. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be and you’ve accompanied me on my life’s journey 🥰

    I was happy this wasn't too draining :) The "yoga for the brain" flow always requires some extra concentration from me and I usually don't get it completely right. But that's ok and its great fun. I like how this flow does many things a little differently, which makes it quite refreshing.

    This one is growing on me. Each time we find it on the calendar, I feel I move into it more fully. Not so wobbly today as in the past. The sequence is slowly becoming a favorite. At some point-I think when we did that latter part with arms moving-the slight gastric esophageal discomfort I started the practice with disappeared. For that alone, this one is worth keeping saved for future use.
    Celebrate day 15. 711 days in a row.

      Totally agree! It wasn’t until the end of the Lunge/Pyramid flow that I realized I was supposed to change the position of my upper body as well. I made an assumption. I got totally confused but made a note for the next time to pay a bit more attention. Definite proof I need to Shift Perspective! 😊. But other than that a terrific little practice to get me going in the morning.

    A wonderful practice and the body heated up even more today. With 32 degrees in New South Wales. I thought I would get in a quick practice before dinner. It takes commitment, focus, dedication, discipline each day to do Yoga. If I miss a day of Yoga, I do an extra practice the following day. Thank you Adriene for introducing me to Yoga. 😊💜🙏

      Hey William :) Been thinking for some days, while visiting the comments after the practices - I feel like I recognize your name alongside your picture from the comments section of Breath, jan 2021... which was when I first started trying out yoga, with Adriene and her lovely community.
      861 impressive days in a row tells me my mind is probably right(?) and that you first started a bit earlier then?
      I kept the calendar-practices up for about 4 months back then, before my knees kinda broke down.. then did some modified schedules of my own for a while, so lost contact with the comments sections. Then life got the better of me and I was basically out of here for over a year... and decided to get back into it for this year's 30 day journey. Anyway, I didn't mean to ramble - onto what I was gonna say:
      Noticing your comments again and recognizing your name from before (even after my absence), as still here... it felt reassuring and encouraging :) so just wanted to say hello and let you know. Kudos to you for still showing up, and inspiringly making your presence known 🙏

    Today was a stressful work day and I completed 1/2 of this session today. It is the best that I can give today considering how I am functioning at the end of today. I will CELEBRATE Day 15 and that I made it through this day alive and able to replenish. Thank you Adriene!

    I just finished Dedicate on Friday, which was my fourth "30 days of yoga" I've finished this year, after Home, True, and Yoga Camp! (Plus other videos and freestyle days sprinkled throughout.) I did your original 30 days of yoga years ago, the summer after it came out, and have been sporadically doing yoga ever since. But for some reason this year I've found the motivation and desire to do yoga almost every single day.
    I've felt myself get stronger in every part of my body. In January I would frequently pause the video to rest for a few minutes, but now I rarely ever do. Downward dog now feels like a resting posture. I can *almost* gracefully lower to my belly from a plank. When I get stressed I find myself taking deep, measured breaths like I do when practising yoga, without even consciously trying. It hasn't always been easy, but I'm so glad I've stuck with it.
    I've never commented on one of your videos before but I guess today's the day, after reading so many other comments like this over the years. Thank you to you and everyone in this community.

    I was excited to see this on Day 6 - Bridge... I've done this practice before and did struggle but today after doing Breath & then continuing to bridge, I brought all the tools we have learned so far and o.m.g, what a totally different practice... I still wobbled, but I loved it... Big Shout out to all who are doing Bridge too & to everyone else just feeling they need this too... 😊💕🙏🏻 Namaste xx

    Last day of Flow, 48 days in a row for me and the first month I did yoga every day. And that's literally the only reason I showed up today. I didn't want to let my streak go to waste. I'm under a lot of stress lately and my mind is so exhausted and overworked that today it fully started to impact my body. I move very slowly like through water. I can't focus. Movement costs so much energy that I literally want to lay still in bed all day and do nothing. Still, I showed up and even though this practice didn't particularly make me feel better, I kept my streak, I kept my habit and I did something meaningful today. And of that I'm proud. Thank you for creating these awesome monthly calendars♥️

    I fell off the wagon a bit with yoga in the second half of the year but I'm finally back! This practice really kicked my butt today! It makes you realise how strong you get when doing yoga consistently and how quickly it all disappears if you stop!
