As a girl with deep depression, I can say that itโs exactly like you said. Of course every single person is different and their pain canโt be compared but thinking about my experience and my friendโs that passed away. We put a mask to the outside world we donโt want anyone to be involved and worried. Well me and my friend we had several breakdowns at the point of wanting beg for help (at least it happened for me, he talked with me about his problems) but itโs never enough you know? There are these thoughts of โyou are worthlessโ โpeople just talk to you because of pityโ โyou donโt do anything rightโ โno one caresโ. And thinking about this just make me start crying. Itโs almost 5am and I couldnโt sleep. >My< personal experience with this illness is putting others above yourself, like they are more important, their feelings are more important. Soooo yeah Sorry I become really emotive when I see those situationsโฆ Itโs sad to see someone lose their battle agains depression. Itโs even worse knowing how awful it is because you feel it everyday. Bin was the first member I noticed in Astro and became my bias since then. It reminded me the hypnosis episode with monsta x, where jooheon said he was a lion. Anyway sorry for wasting your time

When a situation that makes you really heartbroken suddenly pops up to you then you will automatically starts thinking of the other things that ate you from inside. A lot of dangerous emotions will come to your mind. But you should always remind yourself about 2 words "โจ๏ธlove yourselfโจ๏ธ".dear i am damn sure that it will bring you some relief because those words are really magical. Start caring for yourselves and start listening to a lot of good songs. Give yourself the time to heal and focus on yourself. I am sure Working out and yogas will really you as they also helped me. Engage yourself dear. We can't shut anyone's mouth or we can't suddenly drag ourselves from the problems because we have to live in this atmosphere until we become independent and realise that problems are a part of our life and it is this overcoming mentality of us by caring and loving ourselves which makes our life even more worthier. So luv yourself and care yourself more coz we can't change others but we can change ours weak attitudes towards our problems. So chill!!!!๐ and if you are reading thus then i am not gonna ask a sorry for wasting your time ๐

I find it exhausting to mask and hardly can force myself to smile so it's a wonder how those that can mask find the energy to do so. I don't get thoughts that people dislike me but I get thoughts of how I'll fail in life or not seeing anything worth living for anymore. Just wanting to sleep for days. It's an illness and shouldn't be brushed off just because it's invisible, it's just as real as visible illnesses (like heart disease). We're not lazy !! The worst part is that it's a life-long battle and we still don't have the proper tools and info to fight against our brains and people think it's not a big deal ...but it is.
Binnie is the kind of friend everybody wants to have. He appreciates his friends so much. He is not shy about expressing his admiration and love for his friends. He is really one of a kind.
I don't know what Eun Woo might be feeling right now, looking back on this video about how close he is with Moonbin.. it breaks my heart truly imagining how he is feeling right now not realizing that his one true friend, the one who is always there to tell him that "it's okay Eunwoo-yah" is the one who is going through something. Moonbin shows a strong facade and smiling face everytime.. we didn't even know that his in a lot of pain. Rest in peace Moonbin-ah.. Haters might say โEunwoo should just leave since heโs better as an actor and he canโt dance as good as the other membersโ but hereโs a main dancer appreciating Eunwooโs effort in catching up in terms of dance practice. I really can't accept or even understand Moonbin's early passing. I am not an astro fan but I support all the fandoms and admire kpop idols as well. Apart from being talented, Moonbin seems like a very good person, brother, son, and friend. It is really sad knowing that he is already gone and will no longer be seen/watched by his fans. He was the biggest support system, yet he lost his battle. So heartbreaking and in yotak disbelief that he is no more. It is reminder to always check on our friends even though they look happier or look fine.
He didn't look happy at all! He was very sick and overworked. He had high blood pressure suffering from nose bleedings even at vlive, he was crunching in pain at dance practices but noone cared. How come everyone behaved like nothing happened? What did Eunwoo do? His emotional support was dying in front of his eyes..... Ohh, right, he was too busy mingling with Sanha
Moon bin was always there for anyone who needed him. He was so supportive and always helped everybody at their worst, but he got no emotional support that he needed the most himself. He always wanted his loved ones around him to be happy so he never expressed his pain. He was always a ray of sunshine brightening up everybodyโs day. He was way too precious for this world. I cried at the moment when the song "Don't cry, my love" came out with the video of them crying and comforting each other... My whole heart melted when watching this, it totally warmed my heart. This is exactly the feeling whenever I think of binwoo. The word "friends" seemed to impair their bond, they're not just only friends, but more like a family. Although I've seen a lot of different binwoo edits, this one is surely the one that stands out. This video must be made of love towards ASTRO, couldn't thank you more for editing this.

He didn't look happy at all! He was very sick and overworked. He had high blood pressure suffering from nose bleedings even at vlive, he was crunching in pain at dance practices but noone cared. Moon bin was always there for anyone who needed him. He was so supportive and always helped everybody at their worst, but he got no emotional support that he needed the most himself. He always wanted his loved ones around him to be happy so he never expressed his pain. He was always a ray of sunshine brightening up everybodyโs day. He was way too precious for this world. I miss our Binnie so much ๐ฅบ๐ญ. I hope you, Moonbin, continue shining bright in the sky as the most beautiful star. Rest in peace, angel. 1998-2023.

I cried at the moment when the song "Don't cry, my love" came out with the video of them crying and comforting each other...
My whole heart melted when watching this, it totally warmed my heart. This is exactly the feeling whenever I think of binwoo. The word "friends" seemed to impair their bond, they're not just only friends, but more like a family.
Although I've seen a lot of different binwoo edits, this one is surely the one that stands out. This video must be made of love towards ASTRO, couldn't thank you more for editing this.

Eunwoo seems to be an emotional person. Itโs good he cries out & expresses his frustrations easily & is not afraid to seek comfort from his friends. Sometimes those that keep their anger, resentment or discontent to themselves are the ones who end up in depression.
