It gets easier from repetition. I never drank coffee or knew the difference btwn a mocha and latte and espresso until I worked at a cafe and I learned fast. I still find coffee/espresso too bitter and never developed a caffeine habit even though it was all free since I worked there.

I can confirm. I’ve never seen a nicer cafe in Los Angeles, New York, Austin Texas, Seattle. This shop blows all of the “nice” ones I’ve been to away.
