If 70s era jazz fusion had been more in this vein it would have been a helluva lot more listenable. A reverse Gibson Firebird, don't see those that often. Great snarling and sassy tone.
I used to listen to this stuff on my Dual turntable through a Teac receiver and best of all on AR-5 speakers. Now I have to listen on a freaking cell phone.
Yes griffith Park merry go round. The love- ins were produced by jeff a dj of kpfk. He would record the bands jamming on reel-to-reel teac recorder and play the music shows the following week on kpfk 90.7 FM. I was about 12 years old and our brother would take us. I met him. I watched girls get their bodies painted naked. And later dance 🩰 around us. Fun memories. 🎉😢
Backed by the mighty MUSCLE SHOALS RHYTHM SECTION! FROM NORTH. ALABAMA! One of the few times you get to see the Swampers outside of the studio! Enjoy !!
Anybody watch Traffic at Woodstock "94" They played some of the best music on the Planet for decades! I was at that show they where amazing. They gave this vibe off to the crowd that so magical and special. Could Planet Earth not use that energy now! Ps. That concert is on line!
I thought I'd never find this movie again. I watched it about ten years ago. I only found it because I remembered Karen was in another old movie and looked up her IMDB. Thanks for the upload!
The Santa Monica civic center would have made this concert , one of the most important and intimate concerts of the time. Wow, what a time to have been alive to be there for this. I think I would have been 8 years old , when this happened. But to this day, undoubtedly Steve Winwood, is a Gift shared with us from God. Only such incredible talent can be made into one man .
What great musicians! Bought all of Traffic's vinyl when it first came out. They have interesting lyrics my teenage brain didn't understand and still don't but that never matters. John Barleycorn was how moonshine was made?
Brought elegance to rock & roll.
Just imagine what this bands music did to a 13 yr old tripping on mescaline, (opened it up)
From the director of Silent Night, Deadly Night 5: The Toy Maker.
A really bad movie. Not worth your time.

IT’s February 2024
Absolutely uplifting 🎉😊😍❣️💯💞🎯❤️
If you have curiosity of Gabrielle Boni (Jody Mitchell) , she was as co-protagonist in a Goosebumps episode called “The Blob that ate everyone”
Love Steve Winwood's voice. He still sounds good now. Great shirt too!

I'm 18 and I'm thankful that I can find bands like this in this time.
Hi there Wayne? How are you doing today? 🌹
Love William Kat! Little Jodi fingerprints are all over the place! Another bad seed themed movie!
Like musical comfort food.

Tests running every time I listen to Steve and Traffic , I touches me so deeply, wanna die for that!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Makes me sad 😢I had forgotten my roots. This was a unbelievable time in music history.
Humanity needs music like this today to ease their savage souls,Not saying we were angels back then but hey 🤷🏻♂️I think we ended a war or two
I saw Traffic open for the Grateful Dead in 94 and they blew me away. Better than the Dead that night.

Where’s that little prick Dave Mason? Or was he kicked out already?
Remarkable audio quality for 1972 live performance
I saw Traffic in 1975 at Winterland, great stuff

Winwood a musical genius!

back when bands had TALENT and music was GREAT! what do we have now? they didn't need electronic gimickry and multiple takes!
Such skinny bones they are !😊
