Immediately after Derek tells her he had to switch with Mikey because he had to edit because she questions why he’s there. Mikey did all that just to mess with her mentally. He actually did a lot of that like remember at the hospital where he was talking to Sidney and he was trying to put in her head that Derek being there trying to “play hero” when she was attacked earlier was suspicious. Even Mikey’s ghostface reveal he still had to play that last little bit of mind games with her before trying to kill her. What Most serial killers like to do is “play with their food” before killing them. It’s all one big game for them.

Honestly I knew that some cop go under different alias has during undercover work it seems like mr.kirsch could of easily knew about someone named in The NYPD so it’s possible mr.kirsch was a cop who used a old buddy undercover name when he was in ny so honestly I think this might clear up some confusion

Pamela, I hope that you are correct about this, but I am not going to lie; what Matthew Lillard said is causing me to worry that he will not be in Scream VII. Sure, it is quite possible that he will return to play Stu Macher and that he is trying to throw the fans off, but it is equally possible that he is not going to return. I will say this - seeing Scream VII for the first time is going to be a nail-biter. For me, Stu Macher's reveal will be more of a relief than a shock. And many of us will probably feel as though we got kicked in our guts if Stu does not return.

So far I’ve seen him be doubtful twice but I think he was faking both times for it to be a surprise.

Hi Pam, what you said in the middle of the video is what I've been saying for a while, if at this moment Matthew says "yes, I'll be coming back" and we even see his name in the cast, it would not only ruin the impressive surprise that Stu returns after so many years, otherwise it would mainly ruin the movie! It would ruin any Scream movie and any movie! There is no point in confirming his return, what's more, the less likely it is that he will return, the greater the surprise factor will be when we see him on the big screen take off his mask and say...." surprise Sidney 3:) ". He’s so coming back!! I love that he’s deflecting and denying everything. 😂 We’re finally getting our Sibling Villains. I’ve been waiting for Scream to something like this. I’m not counting the Baileys. They’re not legacy. Stu & Leslie are. Even though I know Stu & Leslie are potential villains we don’t know their motive aside from their hatred for Sidney. The Macher Siblings could still easily betray each other. Can’t wait for Scream 7!!

Here are some more plotholes: The previous killers’ masks were able to be identified through DNA yet the Bailey family were the Billy, Stu, and Nancy masks so their DNA would be traced back to them How did Ghostface get into Gale’s apartment? Her apartment is very luxury and looks to have high security where you’d need a key card or you need to speak to front desk first before going up the elevator. Also the lead up to it doesn’t make sense since Wayne came up with the idea of tracing Ghostface to keep everyone away from Gale but how would he know that Kirby wouldn’t let Gale be part of the investigation where the point of the plan was to kill Gale. All these plotholes further proves Scream 6 wasn’t planned or was incredibly rushed into production. The set pieces and the NY setting felt like gimmicks to hide the lackluster of a script. Really hoping with Kevin directing Scream 7 he puts some of his creative input into the script or revamp it if necessary

Another plot hole is Gales attack/Chase scene. It seems like the Ghostface who is killing brooks (Quinn) is the same one on the phone to Gale or at least that’s what they want the audience to believe, but it makes no sense for her to be talking on the phone to Gale, & kill brooks at the same time. Even if it was Bailey on the phone to Gale while Quinn was killing brooks, it doesn’t make sense how Ghostface says “you’re not gonna be able to stop this” & right that second throw brooks & tine it perfectly

Maybe Bailey is the one who put up the note? There wasn't anyone there to contradict it?😁 But the thing about Gail or Kirby NOT knowing about Richie's family is more than a little plot hole. That was a chasm I threw myself in at the ending. And you don't have an issue with the ladder Danny happened to have access to? I know they wanted the whole kill scene with the ladder, but I am always about common sense over, kill. Even if they had Danny try to get out of his apartment and it was blocked from the outside , something to slow him down enough for the ladder to be the only option, I may not have noticed how far-fetched that was.

Question: I’ve been wondering if perhaps Angelina from SCREAM3 is alive, and maybe she WAS Roman’s accomplice like they originally planned but bc she was pregnant Roman had her ‘killed’ early because he knew she was carrying his child. Angelina hid afterwards and had the baby. That baby can be part of SCREAM7. It would also create a parallel between S2 & S7 in regards to a long lost family member of the killer returning to gain revenge AND the kid would be Sidney’s nephew/niece linking it to Scream3.

It was billy and Stu. Literally the only part Roman played in those events was showing billy the video of his dad and giving him some advice like having a fall guy in case things go wrong. Also Roman didn’t create ghost face, he isn’t the original ghostface at all. That’s all billy and Stu. Roman is just a copycat like the killers from 2,4,5 and 6. Idk why people think Roman was more than what he was.
