Taking it back to Hollywood could be interesting because the killer could drop hints that could make Kincaid look like a Red Herring, making it appear that he was involved in what happened during Scream 3‼️

Leaning into what's popular in the world, maybe Gale (or a new character) is filming a true crime documentary series about the history of Ghostface. They could go to every location from every film. So woodsboro, Windsor college, LA, NYC. And while they're filming re-enactment scenes for the documentary, there's a real ghostface on the loose following the filming crew and killing in every location. The twist could be that the documentary gives Billy Loomis all the credit, so Stu returns to get his revenge for never being credited for his part in the last 28 years, he could even having the cult of ghostfaces helping him, which is why theres a ghostface in every location 🤷‍♀️

I think it should start off in Seattle to start but slowly end up back in Woodsboro

I like the idea of a secluded town in Colorado during the winter. Give it a more isolated feel for this film. Just Sid and Stu.

The start of act 1 in nyc, main part of the movie in LA, and act 3 either staying in LA or taking place in woodsboro.

Maybe, in Scream 7, they could explore the Ghostface Cult occurring in different locations as a possibility to explain why more fanatics are targeting Christina Carpenter and Sydney Prescott? This could introduce us to new characters that help in finding out if Stu Macher or anyone else related to the previous Ghostface Killers survived, as they could help the main characters? 🤔🤷‍♂

Following Pretty Little Liars logic, what usually brings a character back home is either death of a loved one (which these writers already did in Scream 5), or if they're being blackmailed! I think, to paraphrase Randy, there's always some bullshit reason to come back to the town where your mother and all your friends were murdered! 5 & 6 laid so much groundwork building Billy Loomis up as this idolised famous serial killer to the point where "followers" wanted to finish his legacy, I would love nothing more than to see Sidney tear all of that down. Scream 7 will be Sidney vs. Woodsboro, which has become this Graceland type tourist town for true crime junkies!

Woodsboro. I mean the classics mostly take place in their origins. Friday the 13th Crystal Lake, Halloween Haddonfield, A Nightmare on Elm Street in Springwood. To me it just makes sense. I don’t see anywhere else really making sense for this showdown and if this is the final “act” only

I would love to see it return to Woodsboro. I love the idea of bringing Hollywood to Woodsboro. Maybe they could be shooting a true crime documentary in Woodsboro which would be enough to mirror Scream 3 while keeping it fresh, too. Plus, if there is a cult following Stu, then surely they would revere Woodsboro, too. That's got to be taken into account. A return to Woodsboro is not at all unrealistic.

I honestly don't care as long as we get actual beautiful scenery shots like in the original trilogy not sound stages. Can't Sid maybe go back to her beautiful house in 1 with that scenery, perhaps she can go wrap up her Dad's estate.

To bring Stu back,it is necessary to write a script that addresses some open questiona,such as how did Stu survive the television accident at the end of the first film? Where and how was he hidden for 25 years ? Where is Stu sister? Why didnt Stu prevent his nephew s death ? These questions need to be answered.

We agree with everyone who says it should end in Woodsboro, but everyone seems to forget that SCREAM 2 took place in Ohio. How bout this: Sidney travels across everywhere for items like a scavenger hunt and then once she has everything that Stu wants then they have their final showdown in Woodsboro so that Stu can carve her like a turkey on Christmas Day🔪🦃🎄
