Jones and his team suspected (rightly or wrongly) that Chael knew of Henderson's injury and had been preparing to fight Jones. Would you fight another fighter on only 8 days' notice, if the new fighter had a relationship with your previous opponent? Seems fishy. Maybe there was no funny business, but Jones was probably right to balk at that.
It was hard for Dana to contain his frustration since he lost a lot of money due to that decision, his greed is ineffable

The whole Anderson vs Maia fight was bizarre, but from a fan perspective, it was incredibly entertaining to watch unfold even though there was no finish. In that fight, Anderson really showcased his skill set. Not only with a wide variety of techniques on the feet, but lightning fast leg kicks and takedown defense. It was a theatrical-like performance we'll probably never see again in the octagon and it should be appreciated for what it is.

That was Dana White cutting off his nose to spite his face. He could have replaced the entire title fight. And should have Jon Jones was 100% correct In pulling out, the replacement knew he would face Jones if he got the call so he was prepared for Jones. Jon Jones didn’t have that luxury and 8 day notice. I would have done the same thing, or I would have said I’ll fight but i won’t put my title on line

For number 5 I actually understand why they don't match up fighters who have beef backstage. Because it would set a precedent where guys will start shit backstage just to get fights higher up in the division that they may not necessarily deserve.
