To protect my children I literally chopped head off one many many years ago.
This is a little tough to watch of course but the snake is just following its instinct because it needs to eat too or it will starve to death. This is nature's way of learning too. When the birds learn that putting their nests in a location like this leaves their young exposed, they will start to place them in better areas over time so that this doesn't happen as often.

The thing is they left that camera there. No one was there to stop the snake. Even if someone did stop te snake from eating the birds, that will be like fighting against the nature's balance. Remember predatory animals are going extinct than the herbivores.

This literally happens all the time with birds, she knows very well they're gone.
A few weeks ago I was working at home when suddenly a bird started screaming in the backyard.
It was ten times louder than this and I could clearly feel the panic in her voice. I thought they were fighting or something but when I ran out to the balcony I could see a magpie eating her babies on the ground. I'll never forget that sound.

Each one was deftly put to sleep with a few strokes of his tongue, a deep sleep from which they'd never wake. He didn't desecrate the nest, or leave behind any bodily waste or fluids. A sweet dude, a thoughtful chap, he's no Hit & Run merchant of expulsion.
My brother and I witnessed snake eating 3 out of 4 parrots. We saved 1. We kept in a bird cage so mother could feed. A couple of months later, it flew away with its mum. This was when we displaced during war. Seeing this brings back so much memorise. Life is hard and cruel. Heartbreaking.

Eu vi algumas pessoas reclamando do cara do vídeo não fazer nada para impedir a cobra de comer o filhotinho, pelo amor de Deus né gente? O próprio cara diz que foi algo completamente inesperado e não tinha ninguém lá, parem com essa burrice de xingar o cara por algo que não teve como intervir, é assim que a natureza funciona.
