Most Bachelors and Bachelorette knew pretty early on who they're gonna choose at the end. But the show must go on and they need to follow the structure.
There have been a few bachelors and bachelorettes that have come out and said there were only one or two people they were interested in out of the bunch from the get-go, but production has the power and they have to continue as the producers say it should be. How many of us would be interested in 25 people at once? In reality, it's only a few, maybe even just one. It's the same for the bachelors and bachelorettes of this show, but they're not allowed to admit that and have to continue the show until the end.

I'm really impressed with Colton. He said all the right things and was patient and showed great communication skills. He won't choose either of the remaining two, and will hold out for his true love. And i think it will happen in time. Who really is ready for an engagement in 6 weeks? This was the most realistic episode I've ever seen.

But being a dad, and very protective of my "little girl" I get where the dad is coming from, to a point. 6 weeks is just too short a time to really get to know someone, I think that's where he's coming from. So many people wear "masks" pretending to be something that they're not. You see it all the time on the bachelor and the bachelorette. So very deceptive. I learned the hard way that you only really get to know someone when you live with them, or you get in a fight/argument with them. That's when the mask comes off and you see who they really are. I think colton will wait and work it out.

This scene is so telling!!! Colton was always just a really intense person that couldn’t deal with his emotions or accept others emotions and after we learned about the eventual events it all makes sense. Cassie knew it wasn’t right.
Yes, it’s sad that Colton wouldn’t except no for an answer. I think Cassie knew in her gut it wasn’t meant to be. But it’s incredibly hard and emotional when someone you care about makes it seem like it’s the end of the world for them… Now we all know why it wasn’t the right thing for either one of them

Wow, never knew about this. Heard his interview on NPR today, apparently the producers thought he liked Hannah best, so were setting her up to be his pick. Even flying Cassie's dad down to Portugal to try to stop him from picking Cassie. The whole fence jump thing was totally unscripted, and he was surprised there was no production crew out there to stop him.
I heard her dad was told to say no to letting Colton marry Cassie, when really it was a yes. I heard Tayshia’s dad was told to say yes after he said no. Obviously getting a dad’s permission means nothing to Colton. He rejected all the women who had permission from their dad’s.
Colton saying that Cassie was the one he was going to choose I feel like the other girls should go home and call it a day since he doesn’t love anyone of them. Also I had kirpas back the whole time. Cassie and the other girl were in it for the publicity and honest Colton deserves this because he didn’t listen 5 girls.

Am I the only one who thinks Cassie was loving all of this? He kept having to pine for her and she was just fishing for it. She pulled him in for a kiss near the end even though she knows he feels more for her than she does for him. I swear I know girls like Cassie. The other women in the house tried to warn Colton but he liked the freaking chase I guess. People all waste so much of each other’s time. Cassie stop manipulating other people to make yourself feel more desirable and Colton stop valuing people who don’t really like you for you.
