Jin's words about taking one's time because following someone else's pace will make you breathless really resonated with me back then.
I felt I was falling behind in mi major and was getting desperate while watching others. I decided to listen to him and took my time, I used to fail constantly because I took more classes than I could handle.
When I started taking it easier I noticed how much better it was for me, didn't fail a single subject after that.
I am now less than two months away from becoming an electrical engineer, so thank you, Seokjin. Time and time again I'm reminded why you're my ultimate bias

When Jin said," Take it slowly" it hits me so hard that I cried. I graduated fro college 4 years ago today. I feel envious seeing my friends getting the dream job I want. I come to the point where I feel so worthless. By this video I realize Jin understand the kind of situation I am in now. He taught me self love. It seems he is telling me that don't be too harsh on yourself. You are not the only one experiencing this. But please move forward one step at a time. Thank you for this wonderful message BTS.

Whenever I feel lost or I'm way behind my peers , i comeback here. Seokjin's speech specially helps everytime. His ' their pace was not my own' is a life saver💜

Seokjin's words are really inspiring

Jin's speech seriously was needed. His words reassured me, I am always so worried about how I compare to others and why I am falling back. Similar to Jin I also have o study a week earlier than others and prepare myself for my exams. I'm always bothered on how I am not catching up and how I have to do more than my peers to be on the same path. J-hopes speech also hit me when he said "I decided to trust myself", when he states that there are times in life that you will question your own decisions, I have done this so many times. Suga, says "take your hands off of what you can't control and get your hands on what you can change", from the beginning of high school to now I have so many regrets but those decisions are in the past I can't change it so regretting won't do anything but bring me down. Instead I should remember them as a lesson and next time not do the same mistake or take it into an understanding point of view and acknowledge it, accept it, and move forward in life. Thank you Jin, thank you Jhope, thank you Suga, thank you BTS. This was truly heart touching and reassuring for all of us.

I CAN’T BELIEVE I JUST FOUND THIS!!! I graduated in 2020 and I didn’t get to have a graduation or anything I finished the last exam and that was it. No fanfair. And I felt so alone and depressed I didn’t get to feel that I accomplished anything. So to see this..to see BTS care this much about us..it’s honestly too much..I’m crying because I feel important and acknowledged. They deserve all our love! Thank you so so much. This means the world to me.

And this is RM. Dear Class of 2020, it’s been a strange year so far, but you made it.
Today, we might not have flowers and we might not have graduation caps, but what we do have is possibly the most special graduation ceremony in history. Never before have so many gathered to celebrate a graduating class for their achievements and their dreams. You could be watching us from your bed or from your living room, alone or with somebody. Wherever you are, you will all soon be breaking out of one world to soar into another.
Ten years ago, it snowed really hard on the day of my middle school graduation. I remember that day clearly because I took a picture with my friends and kept it as my messenger profile for the rest of my school years. On that day, I was just a boy who had closed just one chapter, ready to pen another. And I remember that feeling, it’s really thrilling, breathtaking, it was the moment I felt most like me myself, a feeling I wanted to hold onto forever.
So, as a fellow individual in his 20s all the way from Seoul, Korea, I want to say congratulations. We’re very excited for what lies ahead of you. Regardless of where or how far you are, we hope our stories today can give you some sort of comfort, hope, and maybe even a bit of inspiration.

It was my award ceremony today for grade 10 and it may not seem like a big deal but my parents didn't come for it. They weren't working and were at home and didn't come for my awards. I saw everyone run to their parents and be embraced by their parents and I felt stupid. I had no one to run to. But I did have a friend who stayed by my side and thanks to that, I didn't shed a tear then. But when I did, I had a friend who made me laugh the tears away. When I got back home, I had a little cake, lit up a candle and proceeded to listen to all of BTS. Thank you. You have succeeded in making my heart feel lighter and for burning the spark of my motivation brighter. I'm grateful to all the people who support me, even the men in Seoul Korea who are rooting for me. Kamsamida. ❤️

Whoa, Jin, Suga and J-hope had some really powerful messages here. Everyone shared something really meaningful here, but these three seemed to really speak from their adult perspective on what younger people need to hear as they walk into the beginning of adult life. Even many adults need to hear these messages.
I also really liked V's message. I have a kid who had a 'slow start' in life, and as a parent you worry. You want your children to have the world open up to them when they grow up, and worry something will block that. It made me smile to hear him share his message.
Over a year later, I hope everyone's doing ok. It's been a very tough time, especially for young people. Please believe us older people when we say you can do this, just hold on, this time WILL pass. You matter and the world needs you.

There are times where I get exhausted over everything and just want to quit,I come back to hear their words of encouragement and it always works

Congratulations BTS on receiving your Diplomatic passports and Korean Merit Presidential awards for your positive influence in the community and supporting charitable works in the betterment of deprived life’s in the world we live in.
Jin’s speech really touched me in a way and perfectly described my life and personality that I can somehow relate to.
I am proud to have been a Fan of BTS since the year they debuted in 2013 June. I knew back than BTS will be one day influence a lot of people, grow successfully and gain recognition for their talents.
BTS has broken music records, produce well written music with its unique life story that has touched millions and has a fan base that can literally start a country on its own lol.

Jin’s personal advice really hit me deep. I used to look down on myself and think I was incompetent and untalented because i could not learn things as fast as other people. Then i realized over time that everyone has their own pace and that sometimes you have to just breath and meditate and take things slow. This is why i love these guys so much. They taught me how to love my imperfections and my flaws and that i am amazing the way I am, but also to reach for the stars even when the sky seems unclear. Army for life🙏🏿💜💜💜

This 7 normal boys from Korea is the my one and only motivation, inspiration, encouragement, my strength, my happiness, my life, my soul, my world, my graceful and my everything. These boys are the only reason why I am alive today. Thank you for coming into my life and comforting me during my hard times💜

All of their messages hit hard. I know this is 1year ago, but their messages will continue to be relevant, deep and relatable. Jhope's message of not giving up, Jin's message of finding and respecting your own pace, V's message of finding passion and joy in your chosen field, Suga's words that the only thing we can control is ourselves...these all resonate with me. I’ve seen many comments similar to what I’m about to write but I guess I just want to add to the overall sentiment. This speech is timeless, universal, and so incredibly comforting. I experienced what I initially saw as a setback at work today, but my mom (also an ARMY) reminded me of Jin’s words. That other people’s pace is not my own. Thank you, BTS, for continuing to be a source of comfort no matter which direction we go. 💜
