32:58 대구에서 떡볶이 좀 좋아한다 하는 사람들 사이에서 제법 유명한 최고의 가성비 떡볶이 집입니다.
와! 맛집이다! 엄청나게 맛있다! 라고 하기에는 솔직히 요즘 프랜차이즈 떡볶이에 밀릴 수도 있다고 생각하지만
떡볶이 1접시(1인분) 기준 1500원(현재는 인상되었다고 들었습니다)에 납작만두, 튀김등도 굉장히 저렴합니다.
맛은 옛날 시장에서 부모님 손 잡고 먹던 추억의 그 맛 그대로의 밀떡볶이와 튀김맛이 납니다.
주머니에 만원만 있으면 성인 두명이 배부르게 먹을 수 있는 믿을 수 없는 가성비를 자랑하는 떡볶이 집입니다.

It would be nice to know what the ingredients are that these street vendors use, just out of curiosity. Everything looks delicious, but what exactly are they eating? Also why not use English sub-titles so we know what they are saying?

a lot of it is a tempura base. so there’s fried bread with sugar, fries peppers, friend sweet potato, friend kimchi pancake i believe, tteobokki which is the red sauce with rice cakes (base is made of gochujang, a red pepper sweet and spicy paste and looks to be a stock) then there’s the blood sausage and other meats. if you look up korean street food, it’ll tell you the main ones that are sold everywhere!! and the little pancakes were called hotteok, usually a walnut and brown sugar filling and then fried. can be made salty too.

White cylinder things are most likely rice cakes ‘Garaetteok’ used for the dish ‘tteokbokki’. The “flat things”…idk cause that’s not very descriptive.

뜨거운 식용유에 비닐 장갑으로 조리 하는 것. 떡볶이 포장에 역시 비닐봉투에 담아 주는 것. 비닐이 내열 온도가 낮아서 횐경호르몬 녹아날텐데 이런 건 해당 지자체 위생과에서 지도 교육을 해줬으면 싶네요. 그래야 재래시장이 살아요.
