I will admit I did a WTF on draft night, but this was the right move.
Chase and Burrow already know how each other operates! It was a no brainer to draft Chase with their first pick! They had a deep, deep connection in college and it will definitely carry over! I’m a Louisiana guy and I miss Burrow and Chase so dearly! Still love watching them play throw and catch in a Bengals jersey too! As long as they don’t play my Saints cause, WHO DAT!

This is the same thing that happened to the Giants, everyone knew Eli was old and not good anymore and they still chose to play him cause of nostalgia. Ben is not the only problem on the offense but he's not helping at all.

The entire offense looks like zombies. It's not Ben. No one gets open, no one blocks, the offensive game plan sucks. Ben no more than takes his drop and he already his pocket already has collapsed. Chunky is having issues, Moore and Green are rookies, and Dodson is a 2nd yr guy. Harris and pat are the only ones playing really well. Juju is in on that as well. Washington needs more touches because every freaking yd is going to be tough. We finished the game with the long snapper at center and filer in the game.

If the offensive line holds up the Bengals could be pretty good this year. Burrow is legit, Mixon is a great runner, the receivers (Higgins Boyd & Chase) are all good, and the defense is pretty solid.

Bengals defense is criminally underrated, offense was super efficient all game with no big mistakes aside from the interception, special teams won the field position battle. All around great team win, better keep an eye out for them

It might too soon to say times have changed (Bengals fans have said that before), but if Burrow and the rest of the Bengals' young talent can stay healthy, the Bengals look like a rising team. The Steelers in contrast are in the waning days of the Roethlisberger era, in a division loaded with young QB talent.
my takeaways from this game:
1: It's probably best for my mental health if i stop watching our games until further notice
2: at least Najee is legit. Imagine if he actually was on a competent offense
3: We have to draft a QB and we have to draft oline this year. We just have to. Use every single pick on those positions if you have to.
4: I never have wanted to be bad enough to have a top 10 pick, but now is the time to do it.
It's about time Steelers fans humbled themselves.

1. Just keep stroking those six Lombardis and your mental health will be solid. You're still about 200 seasons ahead of Cincinnati.
2. Najee's best shot for being on a competent offense might be to line up as a CB and catch interceptions from Joe Burrow.
3. As the Bengals have proven since roughly the Nixon Administration, it's hard to draft a QB and an O-line in the same decade, let alone in the same draft. So good luck with that. And if the Bengals make your O-line look bad...I'm not sure how to finish that sentence.
4. If the Steelers can maintain this 1-2 pace through the season, a top 10 pick sounds realistic.
Najee is fun to watch…even if it’s 2 yards every carry…dude breaks 10 tackles just to get 2 yards 😂😂😂

Aj green is probably my favorite player ever and hurt me so much when I realized we needed a true #1 receiver 2 years ago.
Cincy addressed the OL pretty well tbh. If they hadn't picked up Riley Reiff (or someone similar), I can completely see the Sewell pick going instead.

I agree with your first statement. Not your second. Go back and watch the game and FOCUS on him. He got off to a rough start and Burrow survived and dodged a few blown assignments. If they had targeted him, and stunted him, I'm not sure we would have been so pleased. The issue now is he has film that a team will see his mistakes in assignments and may plan to take advantage of. Lets see if we are still singing his praises after 3-4 games. What I saw was 70%-80% good but that's not good enough to be protecting our franchise QB as a starter.

Honestly I hope they lose each and every game for the remainder of the season and the Steelers will be picking in the top three. Ben will finally go away and we can pick a top QB and some lineman and move this franchise forward. Ending up at 500 or better will not help us in the future. Worst thing Steelers did was give Tomlin another 3 years! Huge mistake he is the modern day Marty Schottenheimer. He won with Cowhers team and our crappy finishes in the playoffs since the loss to the packers in the Superbowl. Tomlin has shown nothing and is by far the most over-rated coach in the NFL!!

Well, they were five *Bengals* defenders so there was a time when that play would have been genius.
They confused ben by looking lined up like an all out blitz and but dropped into coverage. That situation you have to throw towards the endzone
