Today I learned that we have this series because of Solar
She kept pitching and saying she wanted to do the Killing part despite being a vocalist, which is usually the rapper's part in a song. Eventually, dingo music call the new series "Killing Voice" (from the killing part) but instead of rapping, it's for vocalist to showcase their skill, and they invited Mamamoo to be the first guest

마마무 너무 보고싶어.. 문별이랑 솔라가 알비덥에 남아있고 휘인이랑 화사는 각자 다른 소속사 갔지만.. 데뷔 10년차지만 그래도 너무 보고싶어.. 4명이서 무대를 채워서 노래부르고, 4명이서 놀고, 춤추고, 웃고 대화하던 모습이 너무 보고싶어.. 물론 팬이라면 가수의 길을 응원하는게 맞지만.. 그럼에도 너무 그리워 네명이 있는 모습이.. 원래 아무생각 없었는데, 갑자기 너무 그리워져서.. 영상 안본지 오래됐었는데 오랜만에 찾아와봤어. 내가 중학생때 진짜 좋아했던 아이돌인데, 진짜 마마무만 팠었는데.. 굿즈 살 돈이 없어서 영상으로만 계속 보고, 노래 듣고.. 아직 고등학생이긴 하지만 지금까지 제일 깊게 팠던 아이돌은 마마무뿐이었어. 앞으로도 그럴것같고.. 항상 어떤길이라도 응원할게. 그냥 오늘은 너무 보고싶어서.. 원래 댓글 진짜 안쓰는데 너무 보고싶다는 말이 하고싶었어. 사랑해 마마무

With so many kpop groups performing in killing voice these days, I will always go back to this one. Just look how diverse Mamamoo's songs are,how goofy they are yet they delivered so well and how effortlessly they sing but their unmatched vocals stands out.
The only kpop group where all members can actually sing.
마마무는 이런 멤버들이 어떻게 모였나싶다... 실력은 말할 필요도 없이 다들 너무 좋고 멤버들끼리 사이좋은걸 뛰어넘어 가족같은 사이고 무대 장악력도 엄청나고 무대를 진심으로 즐기는게 보인다
마마무 멤버 한명한명은 다 개성 너무 강하고 자기 색도 세상 뚜렷해서 솔로로 있어도 엄청나고 다른 그룹들어가면 혼자만 엄청 튈것같은데 이 4명이 모이면 진짜 엄청난 조화가 만들어짐.. 진짜 대단하다

I just live how naturally they transition to each other's parts. Such a smooth transition and doesn't change the vibe of the song. I don't see many groups being able to do that
