You say "hurt himself", but that's not exactly "true hurt" in the sense of the word that us peasants know. For pro athletes/super stars like Dak, him making a paltry $1 mil a year is "high class hurt/pain," whereas hurt/pain for us noobs would be "how the FOOOK am I going to pay my mortgage/rent, utilities, & have enough left over for food to feed my family in these GAWD-awful times??"

How come a lot of the stuff I see on youtube I don't hear on the podcast on itunes? None of the Tad Prescott stuff is on the podcast. Is there a way to get the entire show on audio?
Prescott has played 18 career games against teams that would finish with 10-plus wins, and he is 5-13 against them with 22 touchdowns and 19 interceptions for a QBR that ranks 19th in the NFL. Not to mention he was 1 and 6 vs playoff teams this year with a record of eight and eight. Not to mention the Cowboys completely underachieve the last 2 years.
I’m not gonna lie I would rather hear about anyone else in free agency than Dak, we’ve been hearing the same story about this mediocre cowboys team in the leagues most abysmal division for so many years
NFC is historically a top 3 division in NFL History. Look at stats that matter including playoff wins, Super Bowls, HOF players, and dynasties. Also for as “bad” as the division has been in the last few years, giants and eagles still won a super bowl?
One of the big reasons why Tom Brady won Superbowls is because he not only never took the most money despite his ability and track record, but often he restructured for less because it meant signing players who could help win championships. The NFL graveyards are full of players who broke the bank and never won jack squat. But franchises like Pittsburgh (70s) and New England (2000s) won because their great players didn't demand top dollar. Dak may eventually get his money... but in doing so I would put down my own coin he won't win anything during his career. 4 years in the league, and his average QB ranking is 14th best. Dallas may suffer a bit if they let him go, but with contracts to Zeke and Amari, you wont have a team at all if you pay $40 million to an overrated player.
The had great stats last year. He will get another chance with another team. There are like 3 teams shears looking for a start. Plus I think if he goes deep in the playoff dak will still leave.
You don’t even watch football saying that. Last year was his best year if he comes out and plays like last year and his receivers can catch it it’s gonna be scary. -Eagles fan
Well if you mean dak? Well tony never shown Jerry any rings nor a appearance to the nfc title, but Jerry certainly had no problem making tony the highest paid QB couple times.
His 2019 stats are inflated since they were always playing from behind. Junk yards mean nothing and Jerry Jones sees through it. How you gunna throw for almost 5k yards and only have 30 tds with that receiving core
Plenty of talent bad coaching always found ways to lose games I think McCarthy will make a difference not a cowboys fan but can't deny the talent they have
@@nicholasfrank4353 Dosen't help the fact they were down 21-3 to The jets They only had a field goal The offense didnt put up points to like 3 or 4th quater im pretty sure
Hey pat I'm just curious like actually. Did you get that fact from a mikerophone video or did you know that already about the franchise tagged qb thing? I doubt you'll respond but hey it's worth a shot
He’s been a QB1? He’s really only had 2 good season of his 4. One of the best Olines in the league for his whole career. One of them he had a 22-13 INT ratio and 3 seasons he didn’t even have 25 passing TDs. I would say he’s maybe on the fringe of top 10 but certainly not worth more than 28 million a year.
you clearly have no idea how the football market works. When players like rodgers and wilson signed contracts, the top market contracts were lower than today. Dak may be getting paid more than them, but only due to the rise in market and timing
Longtime cowboys fan here. I try REALLY hard to be a Dak fan but Dak just flat out doesn’t have the “it” factor it takes to demand the kind of money he is demanding. When the cowboys controlled the game on the ground and played from ahead Dak looks fantastic making 1 or 2 key throws to seal a game. BUT when everything is going wrong and/or cowboys are playing from behind I have not seen Dak step up ONE TIME. He lives and dies with the talent around him and that’s just the flat out truth.
Teams are looking to win the SB with a QB under their rookie contracts and then let them loose unless they are a Mahomes type. This is just my speculation but it makes sense since the stats are damning when you pay a QB that much money.
Andy Dalton and Dak Prescott have comparable stats in their first four seasons. Jerry Jones really does not appreciate unrealistic agents or players. Not to mention he has no state income taxes and much more endorsement potential with the star on the helmet. I believe that alone is worth another 3-5 million a year. If he was residing in CA, state income taxes would be 13% with little endorsement potential if playing for say the Chargers.
Put Dak on the Seahawks the last couple years with that O-line and reciever core and he goes 3-13.
He would be out the league after a year with the hawks but I’d rather have Russ

🙏🏻
Well if you mean dak? Well tony never shown Jerry any rings nor a appearance to the nfc title, but Jerry certainly had no problem making tony the highest paid QB couple times.
AND MILLIONS!!!!
KC. Dre fuckin facts family!
Curt cousin, got payed.
Hopefully he does leave, I wanted him out this season.
Dak to the cfl!
His 2019 stats are inflated since they were always playing from behind. Junk yards mean nothing and Jerry Jones sees through it. How you gunna throw for almost 5k yards and only have 30 tds with that receiving core
lol last year they had a great team, their 8-8 record and the fact they lost to the 0-4 jets begs to differ pat
Plenty of talent bad coaching always found ways to lose games I think McCarthy will make a difference not a cowboys fan but can't deny the talent they have
Jets are underrated cuz.
@@nicholasfrank4353 Dosen't help the fact they were down 21-3 to The jets They only had a field goal The offense didnt put up points to like 3 or 4th quater im pretty sure
Its time for Cowboys Legend Andy Dalton to lead the Jerry's to the Promise Land (NFC Wildcard Game Loss)
Since 2014 cowboys have always won any wildcard game they have got to its the divisional game they can’t win
Lowkey i think andy dalton would easily win the division
@@kylechouinard99 😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂🤣🤣
That cowboys packers game was amazing
It's clear to me that people are only reading the title or not watching the video all the way through before they comment...
Dak won’t win a Super Bowl any time in his career no matter what team he is on. And I’m a Cowboys fan 🥱
I can’t wait for the Redskins Netflix Documentary
I wonder what the name of the documentary will be?
Im glad i have my signed Redskins football from 1969. They cant change the name on that
Hey pat I'm just curious like actually. Did you get that fact from a mikerophone video or did you know that already about the franchise tagged qb thing? I doubt you'll respond but hey it's worth a shot
What happened to the Washington vid with the MASSIVE news
someone hire TAD as the gm
so he can give his brother $1b contract
Tad is a jerkoff
8-8 is a great statistical year? What have you been smoking?
Probably includes his individual accomplishments.
Dumbass he said “statistical” year, you know what that means? Eagles fan btw.
Sean Knox it’s about Super Bowl wins not empty calories
You didn't watch much Dallas last year then. Dallas list alot of games due to coaching.
James Folkerts when did a coach make a tackle or a block?
Pat you're a legend man!
Common on Dallas Tank For Trevor!
Not happening lol
• T A G P R E S C O T T • 😁
The endorsements that come with being the QB for the Dallas Cowboys pay a healthy amount. 31.4 mil is fine for Dak.
Who else had the Skegss ad before their video? LEGENDSDD
I feel bad for the cowboys or any team that gets swindled from how much Dak oversells himself
you clearly have no idea how the football market works. When players like rodgers and wilson signed contracts, the top market contracts were lower than today. Dak may be getting paid more than them, but only due to the rise in market and timing
and don’t feel bad for jerry jones, his entire family is set for like 6 generations for life
Dak’s other brother died a few months ago, so it may have brought him & Tad closer.
All 3 brothers did a Campbell’s soup commercial together.
He did??? So sad
Sgt Rock he committed suicide on draft night this year
How anybody could be upset with an offer of $33-35 million per year is beyond me
Pat gives all the contexts
wait till dak struggles
wait for the boo birds
tad brace yourself
Yeah I don’t think daks leaving
I hope honestly I’m a die hard Cowboys fan and I love Dak, he’s just a good dude who goes out and performs and I think he’s pretty good
I said it before, I'll say it again: The Dallas Cowboys should've signed Cam Newton for 5 years - 130ml and trade Dak for some future picks.
If jerry really believed in Dak he wouldve paid him already jerry doesnt believe in Dak as much as he says he does
Who does Dak think he is?? Lol
He's a mullti-million dollar quarterback with a good win/loss record!
Why, who do YOOOOOU think he is??
@@fobbitoperator3620 With stats and 1 playoffs win
Pay the man you selfish SOB Jerry. Pay him the 45 M per year he deserves
Fly Eagles Fly😂
45? Pay him 60! He deserves as much if not more than Mahomes!! For 25 years please!
I get more news about football from your channel than I do from ESPN and NFL.
What will it matter now that I am done with the NFL? But I will watch your show Pat. You rock.
My birthday is the same as Tad Prescott. Wow. I’m basically the Dallas QB..
His backup is better than he is and if he leaves it is unfortunately better for the team.
Pat should be in the ESPN radio morning line up
As a cowboys fan this video title has me excited FINALLY
BENCHING ala carte
if he struggles like he did last year against good teams
the boos birds come out - he gets benched
You know they dying for a reason to put the Red Rocket in lol
Bye 👋🏼. I’ll take Andy Dalton over this fool. Then we could afford 3 or 4 star players.
"Is that Tad?" "85% sure" crack team 😂
He ain't that good, if he wasn't on the cowboys no one would know who he is
Should the colts take him hmmmmmmm
They have philp rivers🤡
littyjohn bruh..
@@dropthalo8856 For one year
@@dropthalo8856 hes 38 🤡
Just don’t see how someone with one playoff win can demand anything
I absolutely do not care what Tab Prescott has to say.. Period
I’m from Dak’s hometown Haughton, Louisiana and I can say Dak has definitely been a cowboys fan his entire life.
Isn’t it true that typically North Louisiana has been known for following the Cowboys?
Music to my Philadelphia ears
Discord, Pat. Discord. Discourse is talking. Discord is a disagreement between people.
Love you brother.
Pat starting to clap it up cause the effort of them bringing up the picture of Tad is so nice, Giving credit to hard work when it's due
How dare the cowboys pay dak 34 million dollars this year, daks brother needs to worry about his own career
8-8. All that needs to be said or considered.
“In NFL history” gets thrown around a lot
See ya dak if that's the case and Im a cowboys fan. If they can't agree then don't let the door hit ya on the way out sir
I dont want a good regular season quarterback, I want a great postseason quarterback
Teams are looking to win the SB with a QB under their rookie contracts and then let them loose unless they are a Mahomes type. This is just my speculation but it makes sense since the stats are damning when you pay a QB that much money.
I could do well with that line
Dak is a QB you win with not one you win because of. Plain and simple, just like his play.
He must’ve read my comment yesterday
Who tf actually puts dak in the upper echelon of qbs? People have lost their minds.
The names are Dak and Tad? 😂
Sounds like a cartoon show.
Dak is short for Dakota. His other name is Rain.
Poor guy is only making 30 million, that’s barely a living wage.
8-8 is incredible wow you sure have a low bar
feeling better about that andy dalton pick up every day
The Cowboys didn't make the playoffs and the coach got fired. How does Dak deserve to be paid like Russell Wilson?
