@@WYIN98 Yep! It's 100% his real voice. His voice is naturally deep because of genetics; but some of his illnesses, like GERD, have affected his vocal cords which made it even deeper than what it usually was.
EDIT: I was informed that GERD didn't actually make his voice deeper, but it did make it sound more strained. Which makes it seem like his voice is constantly vibrating.
