Love that Josh and Gabie went to and featured the Philippines through Cebu Pacific BUT just a correction (2:18) -- our food was NOT heavily influenced by the Spanish. Lots of our dishes have Spanish names but have existed long before colonization. This is an unfortunate colonial misconception that still exists.
