      @@alexabenitez9689 no me preguntaste a mi pero bueno, pues mira, si aun no lo haz hecho con bandas elásticas puedes hacerlo, y cuando se acabe ese cierto tiempo, como por ejemplo 4 semanas, haces otro reto, para aumentar tus glúteos, y asi, la vdd es que no se mucho sobre el mundo del ejercicio, pero supongo que sería lo mas conveniente

    I just wanted to let anyone whos new know that THIS REALLY WORKS! im someone who DOESNT diet and this still worked wonders for me! I did this workout for 6 days straight AND SAW MAJOR RESULTS! Btw im a BIG girl and i saw my waist slim down and my thighs grow! Keep it up ladies we got this!!

      @@luna459I did just this workout 2 weeks straight in 2022, by the end of 2 weeks I saw my abs poking thru and my waist shrink so much. My butt plumped up too!!!

    Doing this every day for 8 weeks. I will keep you updated💪
    Week 1: ✅
    Day 1: ✔Dead, sweating, and can't feel anything. Barely did it was super hard by 2nd set, but just pushed and finished
    Day 2: ✔ In pain and tired, but it was a little easier, and some workouts were easier to do. Felt good / better afterward
    Day 3: ✔ Exhausted but finished, losing motivation, tho but also feeling a little better about my body
    Day 4:✔ Had no motivation but pushed myself to do it. My body hurt bad, and i felt super sweaty
    Day 5:❌ No motivation, lol
    Day 6:✔ Sweating. Don't skip a day. It gets tiring again 💀 No matter how tired or no motivation, just keep going and force yourself. This is when discipline comes in. Just remember why you are working for this and how you feel / look after this. You will thank yourself later
    Day 7: ✔Much better than yesterday
    Week 2: ✅
    Day 8: ✔
    Day 9: ✔
    Day 10:✔
    Day 11:❌Personal issue that destroyed me, lol. Will do it tomorrow

    Day 14:✔ Guys, the results look good, Noticing the waist and butt... not so much on butt. But I'm starting to see results

    Day 15:✔I signed up on her website. There are challenges on there (hour glass figure in 25 days, get abs in 18 days, etc), and it's like courses. You can post imagines of your journey and give tips for others, etc. I started using the Hour Glass workout for 25 days. And I will carry on till I see a clear hourglass figure. I'm doing this workout video every evening. You guys should really join the website. it's nice and safe

    Day 21:✔Losing motivation the past few days, but i'm staying strong and doing this

    Day 35:✔There are days I feel so unmotivated or tired, but really force yourself. But I remind myself of what or how I will feel afterward and what I will look like in the future. Keep going, and it really pays off.

    Day 39:✔I added some cardio at the end for fun. It was intense, but i enjoyed it today.

    Day 2:✔I got compliments about my body, especially my waist. I really feel so much better and more confident in my body. I feel like I accomplished something too ☠ I saw this comment & it said, "In 2 weeks you’ll feel it . In 4 weeks you’ll see it, and in 8 weeks you’ll hear it.“ and it's so true. I used to wear baggy clothes or hoodies in summer because I had low self-esteem. Now I'm wearing summer clothes with no problem. Guys, it really pays off. About a week left, going strong now. But keep going luvs, it's not impossible. I learned a lot of discipline from this. There were days I had so many issues / problems and days I had no motivation, I know exactly how it feels. I struggled with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, etc. because of a situationship (a guy I never dated, but we both were in love💀) and other reasons. But I pushed, and I'm starting to feel better about myself. I find working out really helps to clear the mind and feel happier. But push, really think of after effects. Dream body? Dream goals? Healthy body? Healthy mindset? At least you are starting somewhere. Get your life together! Get healthier, heal, and force yourself to do things, even with no motivation. See you tomorrow, luvs

Through my personal issues and my health. I didn't just get results, but I feel so much happier. My mental health i'm working on. But overall, this was one of the best experiences ever.     After 7 day workout (1 day skipped)
    waist - 59cm (23 in)

      @@XYZ-rz8vh Hi, I already have thin thighs. I weigh just 45 pounds. I started this workout to outline my body shapes. So I have not measured the circumference of the thighs and I can not tell you exactly whether they are thinner. But at first glance they look much better than they were before. Sorry if my English is bad.

    It's been 2 years of not working out with Chloe! I can say that this work out is really effective, YES seriously it made my body look amazing and then I got pregnant and gave birth to my daughter via caesarian section so I can't work out yet. So I'll just keep on watching chloe for now until I can get back in working out💗

    i was working out everyday for 3 weeks, then had surgery so couldn’t workout for 10 days. after my surgery, i lost all motivation to work out and had stopped until today.       The good thing about workouts is they let you know what parts of your body are stronger and weaker. Some exercises may kill you and others you won’t feel anything. It just lets you know what parts of your body are already strong and don’t need to be as worked out

    Doing this till i loose belly fat. I'll keep updating. Starting weight 150 lbs ~5'5 13 yrs.
    Day 1:It was easy for most part. Took breaks in between and had to stop for water. Arms were hurting around halfway through. Only thing i really struggled to complete was the Side plank crunch!🙈
    Edit: did it twice but quickly got bored im on another program noww😭
    But I did still stay consistent working out everyday of new yrs. (Except yesterday)

    Doing this and maybe an ab video everyday for 2 weeks I’ll keep y’all updated as much as possible!
    Day 1-kinda hard but if you only take the breaks she takes it goes by so fast (my weight is 151lbs)

    Okay i have just started on this workout. Day 1 today. Lets see how it all goes ❤ excited. I want to try it for 28 days none stop and we see how i will fair.
