Girl, I’m almost 37 weeks pregnant and I have had an almost perfect pregnancy. I’ve had little to no pain whatsoever, never threw up, no morning sickness, no constipation, pretty much nothing... my ankles and feet have been swollen for a few weeks now with the hot weather but I honestly can’t complain about anything. Just because 1 person had a horrible experience doesn’t mean you will :)

This isn’t always true. There are certain diagnoses that are more likely to come back and come back worse the more pregnancies you have. Not saying that is the case with Colleen’s, but you have an 80% of getting Hyperemesis Gravidarum once you have it. And it gets worse.
I've only ever heard that the first pregnancy is the worst because its such a new experience for your body. Every time after is easier because your body has been through it, it knows what its doing, etc. But I think the moral of the story is you can not predict what each pregnancy will be like and would she take it back

My mum said that my older sister was very hard and stressful because she was the first and my younger sister was very hard and she was very sick but me (the second) was very easy and she wasn’t even convinced she was pregnant and the labour was very quick and easy, but obviously it’s different for all women

I’m telling you. There is a reason after you have a baby that you forget all the pain and crap you went through. If you feel like it’s heavy on your heart to have another baby by pregnancy, then do it. You will not regret it. You can do this.
Now, I'm not a doctor, but my mom's first baby was nine pounds and the pregnancy was the most horrible thing EVER. Me (the next baby) was only seven pounds. Her skin was already stretched and her body was used to it so it wasn't as bad. She now has 4 kids.
Your body has the hardest time with the first pregnancy, every time after that it’s more and more used to the stretching and hormones :)

I can imagine if she gets pregnant and ends up having complicated symptoms it would be worse to have to go to doctors appointments in this pandemic, and also alone. On top of that if the pre-partum depression comes back, she won't be able to go out and do things to try to alleviate those symptoms like going out to eat or hanging out with family ans friends.

Currently pregnant with our first, all birthing classes cancelled, prenatal yoga cancelled, prenatal massage cancelled, husbandnot allowed in ultrasounds so he sits in the car and facetimes the appointment...etc. We truly feel like we're figuring it all out on our own! I’m wondering if prior to pregnancy she did exercises to strengthen her body and made diet changes if that would help her with anything. She’s got a small frame and maybe strengthening muscle in certain areas would help it be less painful? Just a thought! No matter what you are supported, Colleen!!

I feel like her last pregnancy was really toxic to her own mind. Sad, negative, body dysmorphia / dislike for herself. It was sad to watch and hear. Also worries me for her follower to watch again and maybe think about themselves that way (preggo or not).

Look up a list of pregnancy symptoms. There’s a lot of rough things that could happen.
That’s all she did when she was pregnant.... “the room feels humid, maybe because I’m pregnant.” Such ridiculousness. Her channel, content, and views REALLY decreased after she had been pregnant for a few months because she was so overly ridiculous about it.

Yes! This was my thinking too. I’m not sure the world can handle her being pregnant again. It was miserable for all of us!!! lol!😝 They are amazing parents though & Flynn IS the coolest! They need more. At least 10 more.💗

Fun fact: Flyn has superpowers (undercover) and had to take every last drop of mommy’s energy to form everything he needed.
i’ve heard a lot that the first pregnancy is almost always the hardest, and that every pregnancy is so so different!! not saying you have to choose getting pregnant but don’t completely push it off the table either, especially because it’s very clearly something that you deep down want. in the end, all those symptoms go away once you give birth and you get the greatest reward you could possibly get: another baby to love and cherish :)

Yeah, and she was super tiny...and typically people who are skinnier during pregnancy tend to have a harder time so now that her hips have widened and her stomach is a bit more beefed up she should be better.

Just remember every pregnancy is different. Everyone’s body will respond differently. Their are lots of people who’s first time is terrible and the second isn’t anything like there first. Wish you the best of luck on whichever path you choose in the future 💕
Chances are low unless she gets on top of her mineral issue. I recognize the symptoms as a mineral analysis practitioner but she also has the issue where her toxins don’t go out and they each baby which is also no bueno. Adoption rocks I love that she wants to do it

I always get so frustrated when people base their decisions about not having children on other people's experiences because EVERYONES BODY IS DIFFERENT and who's to say one's pregnancy is easier than another's? Of course, it's their choice and they do what makes them happy, but it doesn't keep me from feeling sad 😂

my family work in the medical field, I asked them if Colleen's symptoms were normal, and my mum said all those symptoms are completely normal. EVERY woman gets most to all of those throughout their pregnancy so she really shouldn't worry about having a second one as every pregnancy is different she just needs to eat LOTS when pregnant so her gums don't bleed and her teeth don't chip. In the end, she got a lovely bouncing baby boy so all was well xx

I have Type One Diabetes is pregnancy is SO HARD with this disease! Just remember all the pain and trials are temporary. Flynn will be there to remind you of the beautiful outcome you'll have. I have 3 kids and they are all perfectly healthy and happy. Something that helped me with the pain was seeing a chiropractor. There are chiropractors that specialize in pregnant women. I saw a chiropractor consistently with my 1st and 2nd but not with my 3rd (felt too busy). TERRIBLE IDEA! I had never been in so much pain during a pregnancy. I had no idea how much it was helping me until I decided to skip it. Like I couldn't get out of bed. Anyway, good luck, girl! You're strong and you got this!

Edit: I strongly believe that one reason colleens pregnancy was so terrible was because she was so skinny and so small (not in a bad way). If she got pregnant again, I think it might be easier bc she isn’t as small as she was before Flynn

sometimes with a first baby, nobody can prepare you for it, so can seen like a huge shock to the body and very uncomfortable. the brain has a fantastic way of forgetting and will use the desire for another to block out the bad parts. let's hope she has another bub xx
