Shot in September at the Black Rhino Lodge in North West Province, South Africa. Unedited and a little bumpy, but the 2 lions set the trap perfectly got their reward.
I only go on private excursions for this one reason, people can't shut up and take in what is actually happening in front of them....They may never has this opportunity again to witness such an event....

With all this technology we don't have to go to Africa & spend thousands of dollars to see this encounter prey vs predator. i can see it laying down in my bed. thanks to you tube
It's both incredible and heartbreaking to see it live. I went with my husband about 2 years ago and we're going again in September! Our first visit was during the migration. Most hunts don't end in a kill but we were fortunate to see a lion kill and a crocodile just 4 days apart. We were right there for a pregnant zebra getting taken down by about 8 lions. They didn't wait to dig in, and the sounds made me sick to my stomach. They pulled the foal out in record time, while the zebra was still very much alive. That was when we found out it had been pregnant. 😭 The second was in the river, but the zebra was swept downstream into a bunch of waiting crocodiles. That zebra was drowned and then they ate. Nature is brutal. If you get the chance to go, you won't regret it! It's expensive and a long flight - but if you want to see this, the best time to go is during migration.

The only thing that can really kill an adult zebra is 1+ male lions or 2+ female lions I’d much rather be a zebra then other prey animals.
