그릭요거트 정말 만들기 귀찮을 때
1. 나는 엄청나게 꾸우떡한 그릭요거트까지는 필요없다 스스로 타협한다
2. 드리퍼에 커피필터를 꽂고 요거트 부어놓고 잔다
3. 아침에 유청이 빠진 (꽤괜)그릭요거트가 완성
유청 두 번 짜고 귀찮아져서 이렇게 먹는데 훨씬 편하고
한 번 정도 먹는 양 나오는 거 같아요!
완전꾸덕한 그릭요거트보다 견과류나 과일이랑도 섞기 편해서 요새 이렇게 먹어요오
커피필터쓰고 편하게 쉬세요🥲
