Tire shine for when washing your car is like edging your driveway when you cut the lawn, just gives it that extra clean look.

I use autoglym endurance tyre gel and it works great. I use the littlest bit and it does the whole tyre. It lasts about 50 washes

This stuff is nice for an extremely high shine but I had to switch to carpro pearl. The ability to dilute with water for different levels of shine is a game changer. Last 2x longer on tires as well. Some clients just want more of a clean matte over super wet . Myself included

I love this stuff! It dries out your sidewalls and when you drive it flings off all over your freshly washed car. 😂 (I’ve never used it) but I see cars with that problem

It’s not done until you roll the tire 180 degrees and touch up which is now the top.

I've been using this stuff for about 3 years. Still on the same bottle too. A little goes a long way and provided you apply a thin coat it won't flick off all over your paintwork.

Pro tip, don’t have black painted wheels.

That stuff slings, if you dress the the tire, then it needs more then an hour to dry. It gets stuck on the paint if you don't. Then you need another chemical

Washing a defender is like driving a Hummer for it’s economic mpg.

Graphene infused tire dressings are better. They protect the tires with less maintenance.

I prefer the cheapest aerosol tire shine foam that you can buy on clearance from Walmart. Looks about the same as this but doesn’t need a special sponge. And no, it doesn’t get on my wheels.

I've been using this for about 8 years now and I'm only going on my second bottle. A little goes a long way. I use a clean rage to wipe around the entire tire to rid the excess. No sling!!!

Don’t know about you folks but I decided to go natural black tires with water and soap, because as good as the tire shine I used it always attracted a bunch of dust within the 1-5 days.
Same thing with my engine, I just degrease it and give it a good pressure wash, and it looks natural clean, and no chemicals that make it look shiny.
But anyways, I guess it is a matter of choice or preference, still this guy does a good job taking pride in his labor.

If you don't have a brush like that, I recommend using a closed cell foam from packages. That way you can just throw it out afterwards also.

I used that on my Hummer rear tire during the wrong time of year. Freakin Mayflies love that stuff. They covered my rear tire😂

I've bought and test thousand products, and MEGUIAR'S have great one : this tire shine is awesome and smell good too, and they also have wet looking wax that is so natural and clean look ! A must have

I love the way the car looks with the tire shine but my biggest problem is starring at all shine spread all over the side of the car it drives me crazy!!
So if anyone knows a good tire shine that doesn’t spread all over the side of the car please let me know I have tried different brands of spray gels smaller amount applied and they spread over the paint
