I think it’s important to mention how Naya used the last of her strength to save her son. An incredible final achievement. She gave her life to save her boy and it just shows how selfless and caring of a person she was!
I don't know why more people didn't give this a thumbs up. Oh. Actually, I do. They were too touched by Heather's message and too sad about Naya dying. I just hope her son doesn't end up blaming himself.

You see a lot of celebrities saying their condolences and all but to be nice and kind and look good....however, you can tell Heather’s is the real deal. This was someone who was super close to her. She’s not just saying it to be nice and kind....she’s genuinely expressing her sadness and pain. Yes pain because one of her dearest friends has passed away tragically.
i mean, i’ll be honest, i don’t really understand what someone who didn’t know naya very well could have done other than send their condolences. i guess they could’ve donated to a charity in her name or something like that, but at that time, maybe that was all they could have done. and obviously heather, who considered naya one of her best friends, probably feels more pain than someone who only met naya once or twice. we can’t fault anyone for that. i don’t think it’s fair to call anyone’s pain “the real deal” because grieving is different for everyone, and not everything needs to be broadcasted on social media for it to be real. sorry for my long rambling, i just felt like putting this out there. maybe it’ll give you a new view on things.

After Glee i didn't bother following any of the cast and just went on with my life. But the day i heard Naya is missing and then Naya passed away it absolutely broke me, I'm still broken about it. In all honesty it feels like it was my best friend who died and i have NEVER met her.
She's mind blowing talented, her beauty is undeniable and bless that beautiful soul. She was cheated from being the star she was supposed/meant to be bc she refused to dim her light for others.
Her name may fade some day but her impact on those who loved her will forever be engraved in their hearts.

What a sweet message, I didn't watch the show while it was on but got hoocked on Netflix. Naya was breath takingly talented and so is Heather for that matter. But to still care so much for the fans like that is beautiful to see, fame has a way of making people very shallow and it's a joy to see someone stay grounded. What a tragic loss.
They were an awesome couple in the show. They helped me come out to my parents. This is so devastating. I'm happy they're amazing friends. Part of losing someone is part of what makes them so special. Naya Rivera will be missed dearly she was a very special person to all of us. She did not deserve to die so young but she died a hero saving her son. I hope he remembers her as a kind considerate confident and caring person. She had a great personality anybody that new her was extremely lucky. Even though u never met/new her I could tell from watching everything she achieved and did that she was an amazing great person.
i started watching glee about 3 months ago and loved santana. i found out she died before i knew who she was so finding out that she died and i had no idea was really emotional. naya will always be in our hearts and what she did to protect her son was absolutely incredible.

I remember watching the recording of glee on concert before I started watching the show, and all I remember is when my grandma pointed at Cory and Mark, repeating “Oh he died, so did he.” I thought nothing of it. During the summer, my neighbor broke down in tears after finding out that Naya Rivera died. I was oblivious at the time, and I didn’t realize how big of an impact that made on the world.

When Glee was on air I just thought it was a silly show and didn’t really care about it or any of the actors in it. When I heard of Naya being missing and later passing it hit me really hard for some reason. I’ve become such a big fan of Naya now and I’m even watching Glee which is actually a really good show so I can watch her and it’s so sad. Such a talented singer, actor and beautiful woman is gone.
