I lost my Dad after his 6 year battle from a stroke. He was never the same after the stroke (lost his ability to speak and walk). My Mother and I cared for him the best we could until the very end. Time seemed to slow down. In reality it was 6 years but it felt like 12 years. Old memories of when he was whole (before the stroke) would flood in and I would swat them away to protect myself. At the time it felt like those good memories served no purpose except to remind me of a world that was no longer real for my family. Now that my Dad has passed, I find it hard to remember anything about him before the stroke.
If you find yourself in a similar situation please don't swat the good memories away...let them wash over you and have their moment. It may be painful in the moment but I promise you, you'll be thankful you kept them close. Keep fighting, keep kicking, and keep taking care of people.

I fully expected to see a comment section full of people drowning in their own sorrow. This comment section is full of fighters, full of people who’ve not only tasted defeat but have felt true loss. You all inspire me, as I am not a fighter. I back down when things get rough and I give up too easily. You all give me hope to be better and if you read this please give some advice to help me get out of my own way.

I have lost my wife to cancer, have three bad discs in my back, scars on my body that show the rough work I do. Felt like giving up a year ago. Built a home gym and started working out, at 57 yrs old. Best thing I ever did for myself. I found this looking for workout music that lasts an hour or more. Never, ever, give up. Your best moment may be right around the corner.

As an Author trying to write a beginning to a book with the characters struggling to rebuild from the loss of everyone they've known, this soundtrack is immensely helpful.

I havent lost everything but i have lost myself. Became co dependent and a people pleaser. It took me a freaking 5 years to really recover and to have a relationship God. Yes i know not everyone is not Christian thats okay. God has helped me when i thought i was going to crazy and suicide was an option. I'm glad i didnt. For such a moment as i was put here to help guide others. We are stronger than we know and will be better than we know. I hope everyone has a blessed day or night. Keep fighting

This music reminds me of a boy i once knew; i still remember him because of how great he was.
He was the bravest being i've ever seen, ready to risk his life for saving a child he doesn't even know, and what's more unbleivable? He never tells anyone about any heroic action he has done; it's coincidence that always showed me how much of a knight he is. I could clearly recall his large green eyes and how his golden hair shined in the sun. He was more of an introvert; very shy and does not talk much; he spent most of his time alone in nature either watching sunset at the ocean or playing with little animals. People who didn't really know him wouldn't guess that he can save a kitten. He was very pure, exactly like a newborn baby; he never showed hatred to anybody, even those who hate him. I think he has never harmed an ant.
I know this might seem unbelievable, for he was just like a mythical knight..
(Btw, his name means "knight" in some language)

To me, this music is more hopeful than full of sorrow. Due to chronic pain, I have to find ways to not only get through each day, but each moment. One moment at a time, one task at a time. Making progress and being productive. Feeling that sense of accomplishment after the most tedious tasks makes it worth it.

I've never had things, my parents never listened to me when i was young, i even got a job i'm not happy with cause of them, lacked friend where i needed them, yet i get some more every day, and i work hard to get the job i want. Every day, i also discover a bit of myself, affirm who I am not their point of view. Why do we need to wait for us, to realise others don't define us, and never take things for granted. We'll have it. We'll do it, if you just listen to yourself, and not others. What you want, even if things seems never to go your way, one day it will. Believe me, after 20 year - 25 years, i get my things, not as fast as i wish, but i'm living my life happily and my way. Don't dare give up on yourself, this era is meant to bring you down, as much as in the past.

Yes. I was treated for cancer three years ago. I’m good now. I’ll make it but it changed me. Facing my mortality and realising what was important and what was just idealisation. Let go of the things that hurt me. Become more honest about what and who I am. Yes we will all die, but some of us lived first. Go well. Blessed be. May The Goddess be with you.

Never blame the world or curse your situation for such is the way of our reality. Always fight against it, and smile for everything ends and nothing lasts. The bad days will end, the good days will come so smile and bring warmth rather than bring pain.

I sadly lost my mother who cared for me as a single mother in my teen years to liver cancer. I am grateful for all, virtual or physical(mostly virtual) who helped me with my sorrows. I have pushed onwards and so shall all you noble soldiers who see this, push on knowing you have my blessing of resilience, of strength, and most importantly, of vitality to make sure you are resilient to future sorrows, strong emotionally to be able to push past it, and there long enough to make sure others don't have to deal with that happening to them regarding you. Lastly, don't bury your sorrows, voice them, for burial of your sorrows only makes you weaker, not stronger.

The only thing more dangerous then challenging someone with everything to lose, is challenging someone with nothing to lose.

I lost everything that mattered to me but i found something more beautiful. Myself

I like a lot have lived in a abuseive relationship. But survived, due to Gods grace. But when you have no choice doesn't mean you have no hope.there is always hope. And when the chance comes grab hold and hang on. To move forward with your life. You can never forget but with that spirit of love inside each of us you can forgive

To fully understand the power of epic music... It can cause adrenaline to rush through the body, calm the soul, it can save lives, wake the overwhelming sleep spells from someone, change the thoughts and emotions of someone, and then when you think you just found out everything about it... I taught in Potlatch, ID. The Potlatch was a ceremony where the biggest man was the one who could give away the most of his possessions. One, that was a Social Security system for orphans and widows--but two, it implied that this man could replace what he lost/gave away more effectively than others.

It is us who can help other people, because we've felt pain, we've made large mistakes but we learned, we can help others into not making the same mistakes, everyone has lost something or someone.. but i admire the fact that most people still get back up, and for those who dont its our message to you to not stop. Keep trying because when you want something really bad keeo trying and it will show results, trust me. :) proud of all my fellows here who've been thru things and got up again keep it up ✨, and solely it is us who can also guide others from our experiences. :) so never forget ur value for that. What you went through. You can change and help someone else for it too, inckduing you yourself. :D

This is mostly a note for me, if you have some problems in your life that in a bigger scale can be seen as insignificant, don't worry, cry a bit and face them.
I don't have any particular big passion, don't have a job in mind or a hint and I'll soon have to start a choice that will define my life.
I don't find anyone that could understand me and help me, someone that would be my best friend or anything. I've always wanted to be in a group or good friend who takes real pleasure while not being too stupid and good person. Nothing much.

None of us are warriors..but if we try, we can be, people reject the fact they can be, but deny it and sink into their own..deep..darkness...but maybe if we stop otherthinking stuff and actually try, we could become one. We need to stop our thoughts overwhelming us ad if we fail..or fall..stand up..rise and try again..ther one thing u should never do in life is giving up..once u do it, its hard to gain the claim back. Lets all try from this day on, to beour own actual warrior and fight against out the things that try to put u down, because we are a warriors that never turns their back on one defeat..

I will move on , gotta move on , as the song says. the bacon is so inspirational , it shares it vast wisdom with all of us , and we are all so lucky that it would bestow it's great words with us. we are all children on chip . hail chip . hail chip. The spinning chip, rotating in one direction with this music... This made me tear up. How could such a chip do such a thing? I'm struck by awe by this masterpiece. Especially when the chip spins, showing its lightly salt covered yellow skin. I can hear the crunch just from here, and so as the beautiful sound of the chip scraping the dark, smooth velvet floor. The flavor, music and everything can be heard, tasted, seen and felt from a screen. You can really hear the breaths between the music artist, empathizing her love for this rotating chip. Truly what I call modern art. This was the most legendary performance by any chip I have ever watched. The acting was top tier and very life changing. This is one of the greatest work from a piece of chip I have ever seen especially on 5:42. I am crying. This has made me go through an emotional rollercoaster. I cried, beat off, and also watched a movie while watching this premiere. This has made me go through so much. I passed depression because of this. It really inspired me to become an outstanding young man. well pleased like chip. Thank you

Don’t give up you still have a chance you may feel down but that’s just life take risks and chances run life like a marathon

As a person who had lost a mother, never met my own father, had family tamas, had people neglect me and treat ne non-human, and having people bully me for being who I was, i still dont give up, but some people would use drugs or get addicted to something unhealthy to their lives such as drugs or smoking, but for me, i used only will power and nothing else, after that i felt burnt out after fighting or almost 9 whole years (fight is still going on). I realized this fight to keep balance to your life and things bringing you down will last until you accept that you will die. But for me, i am Young, powerful, and most of all, i had not given up on the 1 thing i have, my own life and knowing that i am blessed to be apart of gods creation filled with Jesus's blessings. I know that as long as I know that I'm still alive, i have not given up yet and am still fighting my best.
