I do that with my ghost pepper & peaches hot sauce. YUM.
Eggs were made for hot sauce.
Here's a recipe for eggs from a Mexican
Add oil to hot pan, cook over medium heat btw
Cut up 5 or 6 tortillas into about 1.5 in squares, add to oil
Fry until golden brown
Add diced onions
Whip 3 eggs in a bowl, add salt, add to pan
Cook until golden brown
Add cheese, mozarella is fine, or whatever you like
Add Los Calientes, or Humble House ancho and morita
Enjoy putos 😎

when i was in high school some kid brought da bomb to school and let a bunch of people try it during lunch and a bunch of kids were literally throwing up and crying bc they were trying to show off and eat a lot and the principal went on the intercom and just said “please...whoever brought the hot sauce...just stop..”

Love the show! Cant't wait to see this season's guests. One thing you might want to offer those who can't take the spice levels... sesame tahini (ground up past of sesame seeds) , either on a pita chip , or straight up with a spoon. I'm not sure why it does this, and if I didn't experience it myself I wouldn't believe it. Sesame tahini will neutralize the burn from hot peppers almost instantly, and lets you actually taste the flavor of the peppers. It's almost a savory-lemony kind of thing. I first found out about it at a middle eastern restaurant that would top their pita bread sandwiches with a huge dollop of tahini, and then an astonishing amount of cayenne pepper. It was enough pepper that in a normal dish it would be way too hot! For some reason, it neutralized it, and made it about as spicy as "Texas Pete". Another time, someone gave me a teaspoon of "Dave's Insanity" sauce once without telling me and it was like being hit with tear gas. I literally couldn't breathe it was so hot. I didn't gave tahini at the time, but did have a small jar of toasted sesame seeds. I dumped as much of the jar into my mouth as I could reasonably fit, and chewed with all my might! Once I had chewed the seeds into a liquid, all the pain stopped . Give it a shot, and see if it doesn't work. Water and milk only make it worse for me.

Made me nervous with that "just yet" about replacing Da Bomb, IMO there should be one sauce that never changes to give some "lore" to the Hot Ones show and Da Bomb's probably the most qualified to retain its position with all of the classic (Read: best) reactions its gotten through the 8 seasons
I agree, although in looking at the scolville increases, it arguably should shift to the #7 position, with something around 300k taking its place at #8. It may be that they couldn't find something appropriate for the spot, though.
I think it's been talked about how while Da Bomb may not the highest scolville count, how it hits you and it's taste are so bad that it doesn't matter it's not some crazy high number. Like they could throw something with more Scoville in front of Da Bomb, but it'd still hit the guest harder.

@@kevinschultz6091 That's what i was thinking when i read the scoville numbers. There's a huge jump in the last three sauces. They need to find sauces that are an even and consistent increase in scovilles from the first sauce to the last.
