This is quite the operation. I'm most impressed by how much pride they take in their cooking. I didn't see any shortcuts taken whatsoever. Everything made in-house. Clearly the accountants take their marching orders from the quality control people rather than the other way around. I would eat here ANYTIME. The owners and staff should be proud.

I didn't realize how strong my feelings about burgers were until watching this.
For me, I'd hold the pickles and substitute Blue Cheese for those Velveeta slices. The combo of onion, BC, and Korean spices would be a religious experience.

They made everything by hand same day, so I was expecting a delicious looking result, but no. These things really arent burgers, they are smashed well beyond 'smash burgers'. Because of the insane smashing and tons of onions and cheese, this is like a hybrid burger+cheesesteak.

The way they make those burgers is basically an Oklahoma onion burger. Originally created during the depression as a way to stretch out the burger.

AKA a smash burger that has been popularized across throughout the US by chains like Smashburger, Freddy's, Steak 'n Shake, etc. This is a Korean restaurant's take on it. And you talk about adding onions to stretch the meat. In Mississippi they came up with the Slugburger. They added flour and soy meal to the meat lengthen in. This was back in the late 1910s!

This is amazing! The food is made with such care in details, even weighing each pre-cooked burger patty. And they make the buns on site! Wow! If I ever get to visit Korea, I would love to eat at this place. What a great video!
I doubt they do that outside of filming it would make much more sense to just weigh the first couple till you get the general idea of how big they are to save time.

Whoever said "400 a day is not a lot" let me tell you ... If you could open a restaurant that sold 400 cheeseburgers a day you could quit your job and make an incredible living off of your 2-item menu... and be closed up cleaned up and home by 2pm every day. Nearly zero food waste. Its really incredible... this would be any small restaurants dream, even in the U.S.
With a drink and an order of fries $10 probably. $4k a day, $120K a month sounds pretty good to me. Where do i sign up?
