Apparently I found that it’s normal for young kids (as in even toddlers) to literally HIDE from police when they come near them/their area even if they aren’t doing any thing wrong. What’s weirder is I’ve heard people from loads of different backgrounds say this...for some reason people even from young ages are scared of the same people who should be protecting them and all this in America...

A.C.A.B. isn't saying everyone who is a cop is a bad person at heart. What A.C.A.B. is saying is that the police and justice systems are systemically bad, so we need to change them and reallocate funds from those systems into community programs such as mental health programs, community safety programs and other programs like that so that BIPOC, hispanic, asian, and other oppressed minorities have more readily available, and affordable resources in their neighborhoods and communities before having to have to turn to a system that hasn't treated them the way that they deserve to be treated.

If those police were held accountable then people would still trust their police force. Now, people just think the entire police force is corrupt and just think about themselves.
