2 Egg Soufflé Pancakes 🥞 | Souffle Pancake
First, make a firm meringue.
Place the dough in a thick-bottomed skillet to prevent it from sticking to each other.
I think the most important thing about soufflé pancakes is meringue and heat control.
If the fire is strong, it burns easily, and if the fire is weak, it spreads to the side and collapses easily 😩
Fluffy and soft soufflé pancakes anyone can make in 10 minutes on low heat!

2 eggs (large egg 68g)
3 tablespoons of milk 22g
2 tablespoons of 34g of soft flour
2 tablespoons of sugar 25g
2 teaspoons lemon juice
0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
cooking oil

우연히 보고 쉬워보여서 도전해 봤습니다.
머랭은 기계로 쳐 주고 짤주머니 없어서 그냥 주걱으로 하니 모양은 안나오네요.
그래도 색은 이쁘게 잘 나옵니다.
중간에 물부어서 익혀주는걸 안하니 부푼게 내려 앉는데요.
나중에 먹을때 전자레인지에 돌리니 어느정도 부풀면서 마져 익는것 같아요.

머랭이 뒤집어도 안흘러내리는 정도면 충분할 줄 알았는데... 노른자 섞으니 금방 흥건해지네요ㅜㅜㅜ 머랭을 생각보다 쎄게 쳐야 수플레가 안꺼지는 듯 해요. 재도전으로 성공했네요😊

짤주머니 없으시면 네모난 비닐봉지에 넣고 한쪽 끝만 살짝 잘라서 쓰면 비슷하게 사용할수있어요
