For tender lamb chops, marinate overnight with lemon, crushed garlic, fresh rosemary, salt and black pepper. Then grill on very high heat quickly.

Might have cooked the lamb chops too fast, that is why they are do tough. But it still looked delicious!
And maybe if Sam didnt try to stuff the whole damn thing in his mouth he might have had a better time with it..head going side to side. Just extra.
lifeterm2 I so totally agree. He not only stuffs his mouth but he also doesn’t chew his food well and eats entirely too fast. His pancreas and liver probably have to work overtime secreting the juices to break his food down because he doesn’t chew his food well before swallowing it. His eating ways are terrible. He always eats as though he is starving. He doesn’t even take time to blow his hot food in order for some cooling to partake the food so he can eat it comfortably and make the faces that clearly shows the food is too hot. There are some videos which shows him eating a little slower and having more consideration for his parents while eating and not trying to hog everything on the table or getting the last of everything. He just have to learn to put that in constant action and stop acting like the food is mainly for him. He is being more considerate towards his parents and serving them, making sure his mom who always got the least amount of food at one time, gets an ample amount now but he definitely has to show consistency in this and watch his diet so he doesn’t continue to overeat and eventually run into major health problems as he gets older. I like this young man and his family videos and Pray that he turns these things around and take care of himself!!
