Jesus said "keep on seeking FIRST the Kingdom " I find taking the time to go out and preach to people in obedience to Jesus command, and preaching about the Kingdom very helpful on staying focused. Talking to people about Jehovah the almighty and his son is the best way to keep on enduring to the end.
