i had a huge sleep paralysis when I was like 8 and I think I had a panick attack coming trought it but I don't remember it so much. I only know that I was not able to move or scream and I was literally traumatised

Yeah, my eyes were open too and I saw a lot of scary creatures, at first it was just a shadow, the second was noises, third and more was getting scarier the last one was two days ago, but that time I didn't open my eyes coz I don't want to see something that will scare me.
It happens to me once too, i really want to shout for help but i really couldnt, i cnt move also my fingers etc. And i saw 2 monsters they were on my foot laughing at me i was really scared and i said i dont want to die yet and so i prayed, and really tried to move my finger and i did it woke up catching my breath.
It happens to some people but mostly kafirs. Judging by this comment I'd say ur probably muslim like me since u mentioned bismillah. It usually happens because the jinn gets attracted to you and because you dont do ablution. If its still continues to happen then try do wudu every night before you sleep and read surah from the Qur'an snd that would protect u. If yku have any posters of people or pictures of peoole displayed on the wall snd that have eyes then ur letting the jinns in your room. When you have portraits or photos of them people or anything with eyes then the angels wont come into ur room and that then lets the jinn come through and be attracted to you. Dont change infront of the mirror smd i hope this helps
@@blunxxx1997 I think it happens because of bad positions when you sleep because I always say ayat Al kursi before sleeping every single night and there is no photos on my walls but the bsmillah helps a lot in everything besides jinn. I hope we will be protected from everything but I personally donโt think itโs because of that. Because the bad positioning sometimes prevent enough circulation within a part of your body letโs say your arms for example and when the arm gets numb and it tingles it makes sleeping paralysis and your mind makes you a nightmare so that you can get up and change your position so that circulation becomes normal again. So i felt sleepy that time and fell asleep on the bed. My bro was lying beside me playing games. Then i suddenly opened my eyes.. and i couldn't move. I tried to scream and shout but it didn't work. I couldn't even move my body then i noticed a figure standing at a corner.... I thought i was dying ๐... And prayed to god.. and i decided to close my eyes and opened them... Thank god... @@enha.engene-7 it's absolutely alright to be curious after all it's human nature .I am not able to do anything like not being able to move my hands and feet since it occurs quite often to me so now I don't panic anymore but in the start I was so scared that I won't tell anyone about it. To break through this I would mostly try to move my toe or turn to the other side and tell myself that it's just my illusion and nothing more and chant this like a mantra in my mind until I fall asleep. At times I won't see anything but have a feeling of being stared at other times I would feel as if someone is whispering in my ear I don't understand what it is or also have the feeling that I can't breathe while having the feeling that something is chaining me down. If I close my eyes it would at times be as if the whispers got nearer by the second passing by. sorry for late and long reply . Also it mostly happens with me during winters

It is sleep paralysis and the things you see aren't real, it is just part of your dream. It happened to me many times already, so it doesn't scare me anymore. You just have to relax and focus on moving your muscle and its done once you move
Sleep paralysis is like a daily thing for me๐ญ๐ญit's been like 4 years since it started. Now since last two year it was unbearable a lot times. My friend recommended me to meet a doctor last year cause i literally had multiple episodes of sleep paralysis in one night. But i was just too scared. Now i am kind of used to it. But its still scary. One can ignore the visible and audible hallucinations but tactile hallucinations are something that bothers me alot. Didn't had it last night but had it a night before that. And it was one of the longest episodes ever. I tried screaming a lot cause those tactile hallucinations felt really painful. Felt like someones punching my stomach. Here's a trick= whenever you have sleep paralysis, try thinking of something you like to do. Then it will be a lucid dream. I tried and its true. But i don't try it a lot. Cause when lucid dream starts my stupid mind can't think of anything but horror stuff. Cause I've such a negative mindset. But if one can think of positive things. They should try it. Its really fun. I always try to think that i am flying but i end up thinking of horror stuff as I'm conscious.

That happens to me countless times. Especially when i sleep in the afternoon. It's like I'm awake cause I can sense my surroundings and I'm aware what was happening but i can't just move my body then i always see a girl in the corner beside my feet staring at me. I attempted to bend my toes and fingers because that's what they taught me so that I can be able to move my body. And i always pray to God then i suddenly move my body then i wake up. But everytime when that happens to me, i feel so weak after. My body feels so heavy. Thankfully i didn't experience any of that now.
Whenever I am in that situation I pray the lord's prayer not necessarily the whole prayer but the part "deliver us from evil" and automatically the bad dream or bad feeling is gone either I woke up calm or continue my sleep peacefully but I do felt that chill in the spine remembering it.

I also experienced this last month. I was extremely tired because I was staying up late all the time, and I was also stressed because of the overwhelming amount of homework. One day, I went to sleep around 12 midnight after finishing my assignments. I slept beside my sister, feeling very sleepy. It felt like I was trying to hold back, and then my eyes started to darken as they naturally closed due to exhaustion. At that moment, as it was getting darker, something entered my mind. I'm not sure if it was my imagination or something else because I knew I wasn't asleep yet. What I saw was a black tree, and when I looked around, I saw a woman wearing a black dress with full of blood, and she is standing near the tree, actually behind it. Suddenly, she started to approach me as if she wanted to kill me. I wanted to move or push her away and scream, but I couldn't. I couldn't move or do anything. I was screaming in my mind and calling out to my sister who was right next to me, but nothing came out of my mouth. It felt like a mix of fear and anxiety because I felt like I was going to die. Then suddenly, I was able to move again. I don't know what happened exactly, but I exerted all my strength to fight off the sleepiness because if I closed my eyes and the imagination continued, I felt like I would die. This has happened to me twice, but the situations were similar. I was really traumatized by those experiences.
It's dream paralyse and ur only dreaming and that's all , it not in reality but u feel like jts 100% real,, its very normal to humans. Every human has experienced it more than once. Its a bit scary though.
the hallucination during sleep paralysis is always so scary. as for me i immediately force myself to move my mouth and say anything at all then immediately the sleep paralysis will resolve itself
That's why we need to ground ourself before we left home and also when got home because we got bad energy outside and we bring that home. Grounding is important.
Those r the symptoms of sleep paralysis(My friend has it) It's like u are paralysed but u hallucinate and see scary things and if they hit u, u can feel the pain but they're not even real SO SCARY

I had a similar experience once where I heard lots of rumbling and suddenly silence and then heard a voice saying "Can he hear us?" then I woke up because I forced myself. Then it was in the middle of the night. No one and nothing was there or happened. I could not sleep for more than 24 hours.

sleep paralysis,it happens to me a lot when i was younger and now, rarely that i am experiencing it.the best way to come out of it, is to stay relax and pray coz ur brain is already awake but ur body is into deep sleep that no matter what u do,u couldnt move

I had a similar experience once where I heard lots of rumbling and suddenly silence and then heard a voice saying "Can he hear us?" then I woke up because I forced myself. Then it was in the middle of the night. No one and nothing was there or happened.
I could not sleep for more than 24 hours.
