4:33 The audience go crazy when they see Lisa Kudrow. It goes to show how much they loved Phoebe. Lisa realises this and she is moved. That's why she takes some time to start reading her lines and her voice is shaking at the beginning.

The only reason why the audience go crazy after seeing Lisa is because she the last female cast to be there. If you replace Lisa with Courteney and Jenn you will get the same reaction from audience too. And let's not forget the audience go crazy after see Courteney too.

Jennifer wasn't being sour, it was all scripted. That's why when you could see all the script pages they had a lot more writing on than you were led to believe.
