Umm Haani hey, so I am no expert but instead of the usual «baby talk» Ollie uses real complete sentences. Doing that helps kids develop their communication skills. It’s not a big theory but yeah, some people underestimate their child’s capacity to assimilate language, hope it’s C’est and hope you have a great day

That’s not entirely accurate. It’s important to use baby talk, otherwise babies have a hard time vocalizing sounds. One of my professors at university decided to skip using baby talk and her daughter was a late talker, as she couldn’t reproduce most of the complex words she was exposed to. It all depends on how old the child is.
@@luenoir I've heard mixed things, that "baby talk" is actually a really good and natural response people have to over emphasis to young babies and they get used to hearing certain sounds of words. I've also seen studies that just being around a language even as an adult can make learning it easier because you can learn to hear different sounds in the target language.
On the other hand, some children who are taught or learn different languages can pick it up really early and I've seen toddlers speak so much after just starting preschool at 2.
I think being around a lot of people speaking in general would be a massive advantage after your parents use baby talk for a little bit, we are a herd animal after all

From watching their announcement video when Ollie said he wasn’t ready to be a dad to watching this video when he’s subtly in dad mode at all the necessary times shows he’s always had it in him. It’s so heartwarming to see him like this.
I've never seen a toddler with her level of awareness and level of articulation for her age. Really smart child.
Okay, so to add to this, I had recently went to my Mother's house for my Brother's birthday and My Mom's husband's grandkid is so smart and kind just like Juno. I'd never heard ONE 4 year old in my life thus far knowing what Terra Cotta is and thinking up detailed house plans in his mind. Probably why he likes Minecraft.
