4 weeks stuck inside isn’t exactly a cup of tea for a 2 year old full of energy... so today we decide to take action and build Juno an exciting little surprise during her nap time!
For those of you who’ve missed our weekly live quarantined updates, in order that we can keep making videos our PD Grace has moved in with Ollie, Jordan has moved in with Josh, and Josh and Ollie are going back and forth from each others’ houses ONLY (we’re literally neighbours 😂). Sepi is working from home, and we’re all trying to stay as safe as possible while essentially group quarantining! Stay at home, and stay safe people.
4주간 실내에만 있어야 하는 상황은 에너지가 넘치는 2살 아기에겐 즐겁지 않은 일이죠... 그래서 오늘은 저희가 직접 나서서 주노가 낮잠을 자는 동안 아주 신나는 깜짝 선물을 만들어 주기로 했답니다!
저희의 주간 격리 소식을 놓치신 분들을 위해 알려드리자면, 저희가 계속 영상을 만들기 위해 저희 PD인 그레이스는 올리 집에서 함께 지내기로 했고, 조던은 조쉬 집에서 지내면서 오직 서로의 집만 오가기로 했어요!(저희는 이웃사촌이에요😂) 세피는 재택근무 중이고, 저희도 최대한 안전하게 지내면서 사실상 저희끼리 격리중이랍니다! 여러분 모두 집에서 안전하게 지내시길 바라요!

When I was about 7, my parents were divorced and I only saw my father every two weeks for a weekend. He lived in the third floor attic of a townhouse, and one time he spent the whole week prior to our visit building an entire city out of discarded wood pieces (from his job as a carpenter) that covered the entire attic floor. He told me he had a surprise and that I should bring all my Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars. When I finally saw it, I was the happiest kid, ever! He and I didn't have a good relationship as I got older, but I'll always remember this as a great memory.

I know that Lizzie likes being off-camera, but she really shines with how good-natured she is. Her and Ollie seem to have a very loving relationship, almost ideal like with how they support and compliment one another.
Juno is already showing amazing qualities since she has such lovely parents.

Absolutely. I'm 24 this year and I still remember the little Hamtaro doll house my mum bought me during the SARS epidemic (we lived in Singapore then) to keep me entertained while schools were closed. If I could remember my little Hamtaro house, Juno will absolutely remember this wonderful gigantic cardboard castle her parents and her godfather (and Grace!) made for her. She'll probably even remember the Eye of Sauron!

Speaking as a 23 year old that clearly remembers the car my parents when I was 3. I’m telling you Juno will remember this forever.
They made it out of a massive bulk cornflakes box. Made side mirrors, a windscreen that they’d cut out and done in cling wrap to make it “real”. It had a steering wheel, number plate. A door I could open and go in and out of.
Mum tells me they spent half a day making it.
I played in it non stop for at least a week.

My parents did a lot of things for me too, but the one that I remember the most is when my brother created a castle for me & my little sister with the many big cushions that we once had at home when I was 6.
The craziest part is how he made a cushion slide for us. He could think of everything fun from just a few cushions, and we enjoyed it 😂
I'm 23 years old now. Watching this video makes me remember everything back. I miss those moments :'D

In the end, I kinda envied Juno. With all the funny daddy, caring mommy, loving uncle, and all the people pouring overwhelming love to you. I mean when I was like 3, my parents were like that and I know that by looking at old pictures, although I vaguely remember it. Now I'm about to be 30, I need to take care of my old weak parents emotionally and sometimes physically. Watching your mom and dad get old and weak and being dependent on me is really sad, you know. Sometimes mom says that she feels sad when she looks at the mirror and frequently says that time has flown so fast. It breaks my heart. Now when I look at this video, I see those moments are truly precious ones, to Juno of course and also to all of the adults.

I can feel your struggle! I'm going through the same thing. But on the brightside, there's also a bittersweet tinge to it 😊 I spent a year off work to care for my sick dad and we bonded a lot. To see our parents age and now rely on us, I feel proud to be able to give them the same care and love they've given me growing up. Granted, we are very privileged, that I can take off my job to just caring for my dad but still it wasn't easy...
It's sad and sweet like when I carry my dad and gave him a bath (he was completely paralyzed for a year), and he cried a bit. Remembering the times when it was he who used to carry and bathe me.
Cherish the time we have with our families, guys! Through thick and thin, in sickness and health. Much love ❤

@@isabelladias3630 It's another word for battlements/parapets. Along the perimeter, the guards or army protect the castle from there. The even spaces in between are for the guards/army to fire arrows or throw projectiles, it's not just decorative.
