Kia Ora, my name is Chess. I discovered Jolly and Korean Englishman when I stumbled across this video earlier this year. I've been an avid Jollybean and follower of both channels. I live in Napier, Hawkes Bay New Zealand, and we don't have a Korean restaurant. I just turned 50 a few days ago, Sunday 22 Sept 2019. The only thing I wanted for my birthday was Korean food. So my partner, our daughter and son in law flew to Auckland and we went to an amazing Korean BBQ Buffet Restaurant. It was the best experience ever. Because I've watched so many (as in all) your episodes, I was able to whiz around the buffet grabbing all the different types of meats and different side dishes to create an amazing dining experience for my family. Everyone was cooking on the BBQ. I've also incorporated Korean dishes into my cooking repertoire. Not going to lie... it's a work in progress, but I haven't killed anyone and the food still tastes great. I just wanted to thank you for opening up my world to this amazing culture. And making Korean food the highlight of my birthday.

@@KhronicD And there's so many ways to prepare them: fried, baked, boiled, mashed, put in a stew, put on top of ground beef or lamb, stuffed into pastry pockets, scalloped (sliced thinly, baked and served with a creamy sauce), and so much more.
