The genius of this guy is his story telling. Each story segways into the next and the punchline puts it all together.

@@steezycheezeyfries5930 that's not all stand up. A lot stand up is jokes and stories that don't tie together at all and you need to segue between them. He tells complete fluid stories. Compare that to Demetri Martin or even Kevin Hart.

I gotta disagree. Mike is a terrible comic, a decent writer, but awful unless he is in front of his crowd.

He did this bit in his one of his specials and someone showed up late during the late bit. Part of me was convinced it was staged and that it would happen during this one. Dude is hilarious.

The funniest part of this video wasn't the video itself. It was that the video ended with him saying the doctor being the joke... later... and right after that I got an ad for a doctor!!!

@@JazzyPhay15 , I think it's just his delivery, because in his in older specials, he sounds the same as he does here (slightly slurring in certain places). However, I listen to him on podcasts, and the slurring isn't there. He's a great conversationalist. Could be part of his stage persona, like he wants to come across as this hapless man who's just making his way through life.
