Today, TT had to face her fears at the hospital.
I was worried for kidneys, and the results weren't great, so she needs to come back 2 weeks later for another checkup.
I'll need to make sure she drinks enough water and take better care of her so she can become a healthy kitty again.

안냥! 크집사 입니다. 얼마 전 티티랑 같이 병원에 다녀왔어요. 티티와의 병원은 오랜만이라 저도 두근두근 했고 티티도 화가 많이 났어요. 이제 티티도 나이가 있어서 좀 더 자주 검진을 받아야 하는데 어떻게 하면 덜 스트레스를 받을 수 있을까 고민이에요.
검사 결과를 받고 신부전으로 고생 하던 때가 생각나서 맘이 조금 무거웠어요. 티티가 건강히 지낼 수 있게 응원해주세요.

Hey, it's Claire!
I took TT to the hospital a little while ago, and TT wasn't very happy with the trip! It had been such a long time since our last visit together, so I was really nervous, while TT was quite angry. TT's not as young as she used to be, and needs more frequent checkups, so I'm trying to figure out a way to relieve her stress while making sure she gets the medical care she needs at the same time.
When I received TT's test results, I remembered how much she'd suffered from renal (kidney) failure before, so the results weighed on my mind. Please cheer on TT in her fight to stay healthy, so she can live the happy and pain-free life she deserves.

맞아여 외동체질같아요.. 아무리 잘 해주시고 사랑을 쏟아도 그게 안 맞는 아이들이 있을 수 있죠 집사의 사랑과 별개로 영역동물인 만큼 다른 냥이들과 지내는 게 불편하고 그럴 수 있종 ㅠ 안타깝다

I watched your TT videos and they saved my parents cat. He was dying and vet had ordered a bunch of tests and kidney was failing. Your vet recommended stirring water to make a gravy in soft food to stimulate the thirst response so TT would drink more H2O. I gave that info to my parents for their cat. Buddy the cat started drinking water again because of that tip. He’s back at a healthy weight now. Vitals are normal. I’ll never forget how your vet helped me and our family cat.

I had to back in November suddenly say goodbye to my orange tabby (14) because of a sudden blood clot. His adopted brother (13) black and white American short hair, alerted me to the problem at 4am. But we had to wait until 8am for the get to open only to find out that it was very serious, and a low survival rate.
I went one day having both the brothers loving me and each other.
To loosing my friend and adjusting to life with out him along with his brother.
He was the alpha and played and groomed his little bro. So I have had to pick up on grooming his brother, and playing extra with him. Snuggling up when able.
Both my cats hate going to the vet, but when the younger saw the older collapsed and unable to stand he attempted to jump in the cage with him to travel to the vet with him. But we didn't let him. *(because it wouldn't shut with both of them.)

I can hear the slight change in Claire's tone after the vet consultation. 😭😭 She is obviously worried about TT. She talks to TT and laughs but you can tell the difference when compared to the start of the video. I hope both Claire and TT will feel better soon 🥺🥺

Last year, my cat, Harry, crossed the rainbow bridge after kidney failure. He was 11 years old. By the time we got him to the vet, he was already late stages and there was very little we could do. I cannot bear to watch this episode as it is too triggering for me. But I hope that if any pet owners are watching, please regularly bring your cat to the vet. Even though they seem healthy and happy. This will ensure that you catch any problems earlier on. My Harry brought us so much joy and comfort. I miss him everyday.

well thinking youre doing the right thing, isn't the right thing because even though she cares for tt she doesn't knwo how to, she still feeds her dry food which is the cause of most kidney failures

Claire has tried extremely hard to take the best care of her cats and regularly goes to checkups and doctor visits for them. She also has conversations with a nutritionist for them as well and I’m 100% sure they would have said something if it were the cause. Please don’t police someone’s raising if they’re literally doing nothing wrong.

I really appreciate how the Doctor goes over everything so in depth. I wish my actual human doctors did that, it would reduce a lot of anxiety around medical stuff. TT is in very good hands.

You can always ask more questions. A good doctor will tell you more when you ask, but a lot of patients just get confused or worried about extra information, which is why the doctor does not offer it until a patient asks. Also sometimes they just don’t have enough time.

I lost my kitty to kidney failure last year. I couldn’t afford surgery to replace it for her. I feel so awful and guilty about it still. I’m so glad TT is ok, she reminds me the most of my kitty.

Bless that brave little girl! And you r such a good mum! Even though I was watching a video when she was crying I caught myself making the comforting sounds I used to make with my little girl when she went to the vet. She’s such a precious girl, I hope everything’s fine at the next visit for her.

If I remember correctly, TT and DD were office cats from Claire's previous company before she took them in. TT was eager to explore an office again. What a queen! I hope for her full recovery!

I lost my cat of fifteen years to kidney disease last year. She was of a similar temperament to TT, so I find myself really rooting for TT and her continued health. TT's still young and has everything going for her, so I'm sure she will be fine with continued care and check-ups.

I’m sitting here this morning wondering if I’m going to start feeding my cat raw homemade cat food? Tons of cats get kidney issues My vet said that that is exactly what takes them down in the end. Each and every cat that’s what is the final nail in their coffin. Of age obviously!
Years ago I had purchased ducks from a highly reputable animal breeder in California. Well he is now selling meat birds. And I know they would be of the highest quality tested misted. So if they would be sickness free for sure. Then I would be raising them so they’re not going to get sick from my property. So I’m thinking I’m going to do this.

@@chefevilee9566 i would not recommend that. They have need we don't have. I would mostly recommend to have a balance between homemade food and food u usually buy. Also, don't give raw meat. Never. Give them meat u boiled before, this is the best u can do. U can also add few sauces (this is what i do with one of mine who love it). Be careful for salt as well.
