@@meiwr3165 uhmmm yes, I've watched every ep of 123 IVE and all of their variety. Yujin is still playful and energetic but she doesn't really show aegyo or act cute like she did when she was in the maknae line. I'm not saying she's not as happy, she has a different dynamic with IVE than with iz*one and that's normal, she's the unnie now.

@@leenageorge1394 it’s so sad isn’t it? That a wonderful girl like her could ever feel insecure about her height when in reality she should be proud of it. We should all take advantage of what we’re born with because we’re all different. You being short should NOT make you feel bad (when you see taller girls) nor should you ever let anyone make you feel that way as much as anyone shouldn’t make her feel different for being tall. I saw that one of the girls from Fromis9 said she “didn’t want to get any taller”. I felt bad because 5’6 didn’t seem tall to me and I thought If they spent a day in my neighborhood they’d feel the opposite since at 183cm I often don’t feel tall enough, perspective I suppose. Our bodies have a finite number of years but your character and what you choose to become can live on longer. Don’t worry so much about what you are in the outside and let what you can be in the inside pass you by.

@@aliceguichard9367 Most likely due to the dancing, from what I've learned, trainee's and kpop idols train for about 9-10 hours per day, which would burn somewhere between 2000 and 3000 calories per day, plus then you need to take into account the fact that Wonyoung goes to school as well, so the only time her body is relaxed is when she goes to sleep. And if she does pilates, that is a LOT of extra calories that she is burning.
Wonyoung has a BMI of 15.8 which IS severely underweight but she isn't too far off being just underweight. My bmi is 14.4 so mine is a LOT worse AND I don't excercise often so seeing people constantly bring up Wonyoung's weight and say that she is unhealthy, which whilst I understand, is disrespectful because you can't constantly mention a persons weight and expect a good result, plus she could quite easily have a high metabolism which combined with long hours of non-stop movement, is just a recipe for weight loss.

@@tami_sings5337 Underrated comment. My brother weigh less than most of male idols. He even have a hard time to put on some weigh or muscles. So I would say for somebody of his caliber it is a normal thing to be this lean. A lot of people commenting on idols something like "he/she should eat something". That is a disrespectful thing to say.... maybe they are eating normally just strugling to gain weigh. Double standard is a thing. I mean this is like saying something like "You should eat less", but this phrase is taken offensively as an insult and the other one is taken as a pity. Just straight up double-standard.

@@sidney6522 EXACTLY!! Skinny shaming is a form of body shaming!! But, just like with being unable to gain weight, there are also reasons why some people physically can't lose weight as well, my mum for example, she has a heitous hernia which she developed after having me and kind of looks pregnant all the time and paired with an allergy to wheat and gluten, she gets bloated easily so I always grew up around people making fun of and mocking my own mother. I hate both fat and skinny shaming because I've not only experienced both but I've also seen many people get body shamed and how it affected them, I hate the double standard but I do understand in a way, skinny bodies were desired during the 1900's so people kind of forgot skinny shaming was a thing, but very far back in the past, like ancient greece, being overweight was actually thought of as being beautiful, during many other time periods this occured as well. So I don't understand why we can't accept and love everyone AND not constantly talk about a persons weight when people before us, accepted both, yet WE are supposed to be the evolved ones (I am NOT talking about sexism or racism or homophobia nor transphobia, JUST WEIGHT, so don't think I agree with the terrible things of the past because I don't, I only agree with the acceptance and understanding of different peoples weights and the fact that it wasn't the MOST important thing, the face was and the ability to conceive was but, the body wasn't THAT big of a deal in the past. It is just annoying how people think that Kim K and Cardi B are ideal role models when they had plastic surgery to look the way they do, and yet these people slam Wonyoung for potentially getting lip fillers. Honestly, at this point I think it's just because it's Wonyoung that people are saying this. She's an idol, a public figure, nobody would say it to her if she was a regular person walking down the street, because it isn't polite, yet people think its okay on the internet! This is why people say humanity is DEVOLVING.

nah but i feel the same way as her, im a little too tall for girls, so i get really insecure and awkward when i walk with my friends cos it feels like im hovering too much....its not dat i dont like my height or tallness, but rather just feels a bit awkward about it when hanging around with others who are average in height.

Hi, I'm an overweight girl! I really want to start learning k-pop choreos. But every time, I go to learn it, I feel super inflexible and it becomes painful for me as well. I've been searching for effective videos to be flexible. But I don't know where to start from.... Can someone pls give me some tips on how to start my dance life?

@@md.zahirulhaqueshopan2477 I'm not a professional but i'll try to help..Don't straight away do dancing first do some warm-ups so that you could avoid straining your muscles.
First start with easy dances like Q&A by cherry bullet , B-day by Ikon etc and then try to do the harder ones . Dancing requires a lot of stamina , energy and flexibility so for that you can start working out ... And remember don't straight away start with spliting and all , don't push yourself too hard ... just practice slowly and by time you can push yourself harder. First do some easy flexibility exercises so you could do the harder ones later on... And remember if you just started working out then muscles soreness is common , you can take rest until the pain is gone but don't give up .. For stamina and energy eat a lot of protein and green leafy veggies and try to avoid junk food and drink tons of water!!! Just keep practicing, start little by little and keep growing!
