That is true. Fans of all fandoms appreciate every hard work and performances they gave us. Mnet is just so fucking snake and a user. This kind of show will never measure how talented they all are. All of them. No one's getting left behind. (only mnet haha)

These harmonies speak for themselves. MNET and those "special evaluators" most of whom haven't even been in front of a paying audience in a stadium/arena unlike these bonafide idols shouldn't be judging these groups abilities in the 1st place. But Inseong should just take a cue from Bobby and iKON and just ignore MNET's version of a "competition" and blow rasperries!!!
I actually loved the rawness of that note. Beautiful. Just shows that he's singing live. He was probably just really nervous, he can definitely hit that note perfectly fine. He went pretty flat (almost a semitone, if I'm not mistaken, I guess that freaked him out a bit as well) right before his high note and didn't support, put a lot of strain on his throat. I just hope his throat is fine after all of this, I really don't care about the mistake itself. Edit: typo
Don't worry. I'm sure there are a lot of people who noticed him because of this performance. I'm an SF9 stan and because of the unit performances, I became a fan of The Boyz and Ikon. Sangyeon's voice shined here along with the others. 😊

Besides iKON’s June and The Boyz’s New (who many have praised), I think Jinhwan’s pop tone and Sangyeon’s stable voice also adds a lot to the song. Really like the two of them + June the most (personal preference) SF’s Inseong and Jaeyoon voices do add to the team too, just that perhaps their voices do not show their maximum potential through this song. Overall, I loved this rendition, have been replaying this everyday religiously.
It's a shame he didn't make it. Inseong sings very well. Anyone who listens to SF9 knows. In rehearsal he had succeeded. He should be very nervous in the presentation. And he was great in the kingdom. He gave himself completely to every performance and that was beautiful. 💜✨
Their voices have so much to offer, but 5 seconds cannot define a 4 minute performance. I understand everyone’s preferences, and Mayfly did present a good performance. But evaluating and rating it based on 1 mistake is like picking up the colorful spot out of a transparent glass. You’re only focusing on the fault and discarding the rest. So I don’t think they deserved 0 points. Nor am I saying to vote out of pity, if at the end, it was not your preference. But just, don’t rate the essay based off one grammatical error.
I personally like this version a lot, and will be listening it for its amazing production and delivery for the most part, but as vocal professionals in a broadcasted competition when idol business is already competitive enough to have their every act with survival at stake, it is only fair to be criticized for such a stage fail. It's not like rating an essay over a grammatical mistake, this is like rating a service of a meal bad if you find something distasteful even in the last bite of a five-star meal, here business and service is what people pay and invest for, they're not kids giving exams to get jobs, it's a competition. Criticism for failing to deliver on their job will only help them grow.

I am an ARMY, who has been an avid follower of SF9 for a long time now, and I can tell you that Inseong is a brilliant singer. Nothing more. The man is a stunning and talented singer, and this small mistake does not make him any lesser of a performer. In fact, he is among the most amazing singers in the entire show right now. He showed his professionalism by giving his 100% till the end and that speaks volumes. I am extremely proud of him. Love you, Inseong !!!

Also there were top producers like rhymer and choreographer like Lia Kim. So if everyone voted for mayfly then it means they deserved to win. Also inseong's voice cracked in high note. He is really skilled vocalist and everyone can commit mistake, but one should remember that this is a competition. One mistake and the results are upside down. Also Mayfly's vocal performance was spectacular. So ya if they didn't win any vote it's just because it is a competition. Stop sending any hate to anyone.. even judges. In the end everyone did a good job
All of the guys did so well. Mistakes can happen, we are all human and this is completely okay. What's not okay is the fact that Jaeyoon is so underrated.
im a deobi and i know inseong did really well:) his voice crack not because he couldn't reach the note but because hit breathing hitched since he was nervous, it's understandable:) it happens to all artists so I hope he doesn't blame himself for this:)
He did great, he is a great singer, it’s natural for someone to make mistakes, me as an ikonic already know it since I know even iKON made mistakes too, and that has nothing to do with their great skill, same thing with Inseong here, he is a great singer!
As an iKONIC, for me the best thing happened in this competition is iT'S ONE. I've come to love TBZ and SF9. I wish they could be friends even after this show.

I knew that winning is not so important for iKON. I just didn't want to see Jay's disappointed face. But Jay said he thoroughly enjoyed this experience. That's enough for an ikonic like me. I just hope SF9 and TBZ are not too disappointed....because they are definitely loved by us.
iKON asked us to sit back and just enjoy the show. They don't want any fanwars. We have been already entertained by these boys' cute interactions and, to me, this amazing performance was a bonus. If they enjoyed themselves, that's all that matters.

Junhoe's voice really is a goddamn national treasure. And his performance was amazing, you can see how he just comes alive on stage. And idk TBZ well but new surprised me. His voice is so smooth yet strong and the opposite of junhoe's but they harmonized so perfectly. His stage presence also stood out, his confidence was sexy
If you were in Inseong’s shoes, you would feel VERY pressured as you are the one doing the highest note all by yourself and I hate the fact that Mnet dragged it on and made it awkward and look bad for him

Sangyeon did so well. But people here rarely talking about him which is sad. I want him to join the vocal unit to showcase his vocal ability and people recognize him. He deserves more praise.

I’ve always known that SF9’s vocals are on top and June’s vocals have always been my favorite in iKON, but I was pretty surprised to find out how good these two TBZ’s vocalists are! Especially Sangyeon, his voice was definitely my favorite in this performance 😍
@Maguro Yuren honestly, I think that both things happened. At the begging of the note, his voice cracked a little bit and he went off tone. Then he kept going, although the note wasn’t supported (he probably was nervous as hell). If I was in his place, I probably wouldn’t be able to continue, so I really admire him for that.
@Maguro YurenI agree with you, we can’t be sure about what it was, but the fact that he overcame the pressure and kept going is really amazing. Whatever it was, Inseong has a great voice and technique and that doesn’t make him guilty of anything, or less of a singer. It happens, unfortunately.
Koo Junhoe is really a limited edition person . His voice is really too good to be true YG is so lucky to have him yet so fool to not treat him properly. Hope YG will promote Junhoe's Vocals and Junhoe more cuz he deserves the whole world

I'm not a member of any of their fandoms but I just wanted to leave this message here. I think out of all the performances on Kingdom, this was my favourite. The different vocal textures just mashed up so well. Just sounded so emotional and raw. I love everything about it. Junhoe stood out to me the most and I think we can all agree that Inseong was amazing and we should all support him . More power to these guys I hope they do amazing.

@@17carat36 well there were rookies but one cannot ignore the fact that there were well established seniors like shindong and another member of SuJu. Also there were top producers like rhymer and choreographer like Lia Kim. So if everyone voted for mayfly then it means they deserved to win. Also inseong's voice cracked in high note. He is really skilled vocalist and everyone can commit mistake, but one should remember that this is a competition. One mistake and the results are upside down. Also Mayfly's vocal performance was spectacular. So ya if they didn't win any vote it's just because it is a competition. Stop sending any hate to anyone.. even judges. In the end everyone did a good job

Junhoe's voice really is a goddamn national treasure. And his performance was amazing, you can see how he just comes alive on stage. And idk TBZ well but new surprised me. His voice is so smooth yet strong and the opposite of junhoe's but they harmonized so perfectly. His stage presence also stood out, his confidence was sexy

I’ve always known that SF9’s vocals are on top and June’s vocals have always been my favorite in iKON, but I was pretty surprised to find out how good these two TBZ’s vocalists are! Especially Sangyeon, his voice was definitely my favorite in this performance 😍
Voice cracks only happens when the singer really sings live. They did their best and that’s what really matters.
@Maguro Yuren honestly, I think that both things happened. At the begging of the note, his voice cracked a little bit and he went off tone. Then he kept going, although the note wasn’t supported (he probably was nervous as hell). If I was in his place, I probably wouldn’t be able to continue, so I really admire him for that.

I'm not a member of any of their fandoms but I just wanted to leave this message here. I think out of all the performances on Kingdom, this was my favourite. The different vocal textures just mashed up so well. Just sounded so emotional and raw. I love everything about it. Junhoe stood out to me the most and I think we can all agree that Inseong was amazing and we should all support him . More power to these guys I hope they do amazing.
