Вчера делала эту медитацию и сначала погружение потом я чувствовала что как будто я удалюсь в даль потом я была морем я чувствовала как будто я волна и она шла сверху вниз потом я почувствовала что я дерево непонятные чувство а потом я была как камень моё тело будто очень тяжёлое и я вышла из медитации благодарю и да, моё тело очень вибрировала я это чувствовала а на теле не чего не было видно
