I think Mahomes "took it personal" when Tyreek compared him to Tua and called Tua more accurate. Not the necessarily leaving for another team. If I were Patrick, nothing would've motivated me more than the league changing the overtime rules because Josh Allen "should've gotten another shot," but in the same scenario 2 years earlier when he lost to Brady, no rule changes.

  • @kuenythiluang25

I think Pat was more motivated about all the “Burrow is better at quarterbacking”, Cincinnati’s Mayor coming for him. He really got disrespected all year and responded according. Separated himself from the rest of the qbs for years to come with only 5 years starting.

    • @IsaJulia

That Mayor was WAY wrong for that. Travis Kelce definitely put him in his place.

  • @logiciansmagician1772

No! Letting a SB slip away last season lit a fire inside Pat. Mahomes knows he let one get away from him last season. He did what he needed to do make sure he didn't let another one get away. They will repeat next season if no major injuries.

There's a motivation to Injure Chiefs players, Key literally aimed and sat down on Mahomes lower leg and Pacheco was Illegally Speared during the Chiefs final drive. Both of those hits were of poor sportsmanship. The NFL is looking into the Mahomes Injury as being potentially intentional and they need to look closely at the Spearing of Pacheco who in fact hung on to the ball after taking the SHOT of the game. I am born and raised in KC MO. I well remember our first Chief dynasty with Stram and Dawson when they won soon and often starting in Dallas in the new timers AFL and continuing right on through to the move of my hometown. What you said about Hill is SPOT ON and more!!! Hill was a HUGE "behavior problem" out of college. No one really wanted to take a chance on him. Reid brought him in. The Chiefs organization AND fellow players got Hill right even though he tried to F-up again with his off field antics with his wife and son. In essence, the Chiefs organization MADE Hill a superstar by teaching him routes, how to read defenses, how to be a man on AND off the field, etc. And what Hill did in return after 2021 season wanting a trade or the highest salary was OBSCENE and a total SLAP IN THE FACE to all the people who raised and groomed HILL to be a better person and a better football player. It PISSED everyone off from the front office to the guys and gals cleaning the stadium at night. This whole city was STUNNED and TOTALLY PISSED at Hill even before he went to Florida and said all that trash about MaHomes and the Chiefs organization. Hill can eat it!!! I never want to see that man in this town EVER!!! He pissed off his welcome here. He blew this city and our team off. He showed what he was REALLY made of: an immature and SELFISH ego. Nothing else. His money will never buy him respect or admiration. He's a tool. Nuff said...

If KC keeps Hill and adds MVS and Juju, I think he could potentially have broken the yards record in 16 games instead of 17.

I don't think it was Tyreek leaving as much as the clowns on TV saying that Mahomes was finished without him and kept picking other teams to win the division he has never lost all about 1 guy. He wanted to show all of you on TV that HE is HIM and they are favorites as long as he is there no matter the weapons

Hill got fired for wanting too much money after a tentative deal was struck. Selfishness like that doesn't get you on Clark Hunt's good side, and Clark will fire anybody if there is a reason. In any event, Hill sold out on winning for greed. Now that he is separated from Patrick he is a has-been and won't get any more records or accolades. Hill will be watching Super Bowls on TV from his couch, games he could have played in. He isn't real smart, get it?

KC wouldn't have gotten this far with Tyreek; Changed the whole offensive mindset, forced Mahomes to read defenses better, become a better QB by now having to go thru his progressions, and made the offense more creative and diverse!

I still love Tyreek Hill and probably always will. I don't believe him leaving was about anything other than wanting to get as much money as possible, and I'm glad he's doing well in Miami. He knew what he left, and maybe years down the line when he's realizing you can't buy legacy, he may have some regrets.
