They draft WRs that can run routes, and Roethlisberger helps get them the ball.

Mike Tomlin in addition to being a boss ass coach, is also at heart a fan of the game and I think everyone connects with people who just ooze enthusiasm for the game. Love it. You need that love for the game and nothing better than these mic'd up vids to show these athletes and coaches as the fans of the game they are.

@@johnlemus8023 Steelers are my arch nemesis, been bullying my Ravens for the past couple decades but now things are leveling out, everytime I watch them play I see the intensity in Pittsburgh and it's scary. In my time seeing Tomlin coach I believe I have never seen him with a losing record, yet people want his head on a pike, he is a very consistent coach and I hope to see him squared off against my Ravens again soon.

Love Tomlin and Nagy as coaches, both motivate and connect to their players and they perform better when they're around.
Tomlin is the kind of coach i always wanted to train and play under. He is awesome. Great person and a great coach. Steelers are glad, they have him. Other coaches would be 4-9 or something. Instead he is 8-5 and might go 10-6 or even 11-5

It's so funny the difference between a locker room that just lost and a locker room that just won 😂. Everybody has smiles on their faces and saying I love you to each others . You can hear extra loud laughter (most the time they are extra loud for the sake of being extra) and different conversations all across the locker room. When you just lost it's completely silent. Bro Mike Tomlin and John Harbaugh have such special relationships with each and every one of their guys. In such different ways, too. Mike is way more hyped and Harbaugh is more causal, but in a way like their a family. It’s so cool to see how both these organizations are like close families.
