Kamara is a beast. I was scared whenever he touched the ball
I was hoping the Packers drafted him in 2017 with their 3rd round pick (crazy he lasted that long). Unfortunately they didn't. They drafted Montravius Adams (who of course plays sparingly). But Jamall Williams in round 4 and Aaron Jones in round 5 have worked out nicely. Can you imagine Kamara and Jones as a 1-2 punch? Talk about scary!

As a Saints fan this was a humbling loss. This was our best performing game so far but were still early in the season so we can jopefully overcome the rust. As for the Packers...we'll meet again in the playoffs fs. Ya'll are killing it.

I will say that they did a good job BUT Against a better disciplined Defence it would have been something more like 24-27
9:23 - 9:39 Tyler Lancaster #95 at 313 lb hustled 60 yards downfield during that play and was the only player to finally tackle Kamara - that is some effort!

This is exactly what a lot of fans don't understand in football. As long as you can run fast and catch the ball, Rodgers will put it in your hands and the only way a receiver can even have a good game is if the QB throws the ball to him otherwise, not having Adams would have cost us the game and that is never the case when you have Rodgers throwing the ball as he is very smart with the football and throws perfectly to all of his possible receivers.
Janusz Kowalczyk I just remember that playoff game against the Cardinals when Jeff Janis had only 2 career receptions before that caught 179 yards and 2 touchdowns including the game tying Hail Mary. that was the last game he caught a ball.
That’s because his receiving talent has primarily been selected in the second round and third rounds.

This was by far the best Football Game I've watched in Years. I watch 3 games every Sunday, an early game, a mid game, and the late game. These two quarterbacks who will undoubtedly be future Hall of famers, traded blows back and forth All Night Long!!! no matter what people say about the referees, or about how the game was, this was still by far the best football game I've watched in years. I would have loved to see one last drive by the saints if they would have recovered the football, and I would have loved to see both teams with all of their players playing how that would have gone down. Undoubtedly the best game I've watched in a long time. Win or lose I would have loved to be on either one of these teams throughout this game. My favorite part was after the fumble caused by the ZaDarius Smith, and the whole packer defensive team doing the dance. Great Game!!!

Glad Marcedes Lewis is finally getting steadily more involved in the passing game now he’s in his second season w/ Rodgers & Lafluer. The dudes a true professional and deserves to get more targets & redzone shots at the end zone. He’s well into his 15th season and is one of the most underrated red zone threats out there. True, he’s not as young as he once was and isn’t the fastest TE due to his size & age...but his hands, strength & understanding of routes is still elite. He went multiple seasons without a receiving TD before his first season w/ Lafluer last year. He caught 1 TD against the Giants, but did have more targets & receptions than he did before Lafluer. Now this season he already has more targets/receptions than he did all last season and it’s only 10 weeks in...he also has 2 Receiving TDs (including an impressive one from this game where he improvises a route and uses his size/strength to overpower the defender for the TD. I know Aaron likes and respects Lewis as a pro & as a player...I’m sure he’s always trying to get him more involved. But it’s really up to Lafluer...if I were him I’d take at least one shot to Lewis every time the Pack is at the 15 yard line or closer...on either a 1st or 2nd down id throw a sideline lob to him like in this game or just lob it up over the middle and let him go get it. No linebacker, safety or cornerback is anywhere close to 6’6”...even the rare 6’4” linebacker is still too short to compete

What is this...Mercedes Lewis’s 15th-16th season? Can’t believe that guys still playing at such a physical position, especially since they mostly use him as a blocking tight end. He’s such a big guy he’s basically an extra offensive tackle most of the time. But every now and then he’ll make a big play like he did here. He’s always had good hands. Never really lived up to his 1st round expectations out of UCLA but he did make a pro bowl and has been playing forever

That's definitely the one thing that worries me more than anything. That touchdown where Kamara avoided FIVE tackles was inexcusable. If they can clean that up a little, I'll feel much more confident about their chances.

@@brandondias5622 It was less about tackling and more about playcalling. Yes, the missed tackles were unacceptable but the guys needed to take poor angles to get to the carrier in the first place. This was a repeat of the 49ers game last season where the defense knew what was going to happen every play (either a run, a short pass or screen play) and they still couldn't defend it. All Green Bay had to do was put Darnell Savage in single high, put Amos in the box and cover Kamara, press every receiver off the line and force the Saints to beat them and Brees would have never gotten a single touchdown the whole night. Mark my words: with better playcalling this game is a blowout, this isn't even the Packers final form.
They all tackled so bad (except King-mostly, Alexander-sometimes and Sullivan) it made me miss Kentrell Brice!
