I’ve been cautiously optimistic…..BUT, for me, I had become accustomed to the outgoing & aggressive playing style of QB1 Cam Newton, that at first it seemed to me that Darnold was quite “pedestrian” in his style and thought “He’s another Bridgewater.” I’m so happy to have had my perception corrected and learn that Darnold is aggressive but in a less outgoing manner…..The laidback California dude seems to always look cool, calm & collective - thus far - and perhaps proving to the doubters that HE wasn’t the total issue in NY but apparently it was the disasters of Gates & the Jets that were the main problems. They’re doing the same with Zach Wilson.
Anyhow, I’M LOVING OUR DEFENSE & how they’re coming together after the departure of Kuechly. Our Panthers are only going to get better & better. While I’m not singing the song to the 2022 Super Bowl just yet, I am finding myself humming the tune for the Playoffs!!! #KeepPounding !!!!! Blessings to you all!! MIMI

I'm really excited with my team's 🎭 so far. Tell you the truth I wasn't a fan of bringing Daronld to Carolina but over the last 2 weeks he is starting to make a believer out of me! What really surprised me this year is how much our defense has turned up.

Love what I'm seeing from Sammy! For the most part he makes quick methodical decsions and is getting comfortable in the offense weekly. Saying all that,we haven't been battle tested yet and it's only week 2. Duration will tell,so far so good though. Keep Pounding!
Every game is a fight and no one is to be underestimated. We are battle tested. If we win against bad teams how does that make us a bad team? Wed lose if that was the case. Good teams beat bad teams therefore CAR is a good team and worth the praise.

Its a short week for both teams. I'm expecting sloppy play and bad reads from both offenses, though I expect Carolina to be able to capitalize on more opportunities than the Texans. 30 - 13 Carolina wins the turnover battle and gets the dub.

Panthers win big riding that defense. I see a few short fields for Sam and CMC to work with. I easily a double digit win if the panthers take care of business. If they let off again in the start of the second half then it might come back to bite them. Overall I see this 34-13 panthers.

After kuechly and Davis and Greg Olsen retired and losing Bradberry and other key components that was pivotal to our success plus with a new owner and new coach I figured it would be a long long time before we could get back to the playoffs again. Jaycee Horn is the best rookie corner and already better than a lot of vet corners. Donte has went absolutely God mode since season especially with the way he was laying the thump on Kamara in the run game last week. So how do we not have any big name corners? In fact, who cares about popularity if they can flat out ball
With out Taylor at QB Panthers should win even on short week on road. Panthers have a pretty complete team and could be a team to be reckoned with this season.

The Panthers have looked good so far; I hope they can keep it up. The Texans may be 1-1 but their going to start faltering as the quality of opponents get better. They're in for a terrible time for the next couple of weeks since Tyrod Taylor tore his hamstring. Davis Mills did not look good under center when he replaced Tyrod in the Browns game and I imagine he'll falter again. I'm taking the Panthers in this one 32-21.
