@The OG eh the Giants defense wasn’t terrible coming into this game. I think they were around average. This game started the fall of their defense though.
This was the year where most of the Giant's losses came by one score or less because they choked a 4th quarter lead they started 5-5 ended 6-10 if they would've been in the playoffs if they were able to win those close games.
If a team can’t win close games they don’t deserve to be in the playoffs

A better game to support your argument is the game against the Panthers from this same season. This isn't the best game to support that argument, because this Saints defense was the worst in the NFL

A better shoulda, woulda, coulda is in 2011 and 2018. 49ers took out Pierre Thomas early in the game, and the Saints couldn’t cover Davis worth a damn as well. Saints win that game and they get the Giants at home. Idc what anyone says, Saints aren’t losing to the Giants. They’re in the SB if they beat the 49ers. 2018 the obvious no call. That’s 2 SB appearances wiped away, one of them being out of the Saints control.
@@clark2501 we beat the Giants and Patriots by 21 in 2011. That 2011 was a really good team, we had 5 turnovers in the 49ers game and still should have won.

I have a proposal, any team that wins 16 games (goes undefeated) should automatically become conference champions which means forego the playoffs and go straight to the super bowl. Should two teams of the same conference win 16 games, it will be the first team to post 16-0 goes to the super bowl.
example: if Buccaneers go 16-0, no NFC playoffs, or if Chiefs go 16-0, no AFC playoffs.
I think that they should go to the conference championship but not directly to the super bowl because it won't show how good they are in the playoffs

I don’t agree. Any team can lose/win on any given day. Teams with the best record already get a leg up in the form of home games throughout their conference’s playoffs. That’s all they should get.
