@@fusion8092 Actually the Lamb being the sacrifice even in Christianity predates Satan pretending to be one.
Jesus is often also named a Lamb for a reason after all.
This is mostly down to his death being a super sized version of an old Jewish ritual were a lamb is being sacrificed in ritual slaughter to God to atone for the sin's of the people
Artstyle gives off more Don't Starve vibes than Animal Crossing.
Im so excited for this game, this easily looks like another massive indie hit!

Every time I see a trailer for this game I forget it isn't made by the Binding of Isaac guys, find out that it isn't and then wonder how it ended up with a trifecta of art, music and animation that's so reminiscent...
The creator of that game is Edmund McMillen, but this game is kinda like a combination of Animal Crossing, and his game.

This is like Don't Starve and Hades had a baby.. with a little of Isaac

I'd say this has more Isaac inspiration than Hades honestly, the Art Style is definitely reminiscent of Don't Starve but with Isaac's game systems and Hades' combat style

I think I heard somewhere that this game is basically done, all that's left is polishing and adding extra tweaks. The thing is, it takes more than a month to reach August 11th, and that's quite long for polishing a 2.5D game.
Idk, the game is publish by Devolver Digital, so the quality must be high for this game. Or I'm just impatient for the release.
