Im not sure a strange gas burner is a historical cooking technique, it used to be over charcoal.

People use round grills to cook ribs all the time just not untraditional round gas grills.

Great video, so much to love... the restaurant with outdoor garden dining even during the rain... the concept of the grill for the pork, almost like my home pizza oven where one big burner reflects off the roof of the oven, with the water pan keeping everything moist and not bursting into a full-blown fat-infused inferno... the preparation of the ribs by cutting prior to cooking allows better infusion of the heat... blending all the fruits together with the chiles and garlic... the mind-blowing beauty of all the pork preparations and especially the mushrooms and pineapple on the platters. I just need a plane ticket.

방금 갔다왔습니다 고기는 두툼한 삼겹살이 뻑뻑하니 목살은 얼마나 뻑빡한지...
오히려 고기보다 짬뽕탕과 파전이 그나마 괜찮습니다.
또 이런 배짱장사 처음봤습니다
주문은 직접 카운터로 가서 해야되고 고깃집에 쌈장하나 없습니다
주변 테이블에 드시던 분들도 거의 다 남기고 갔고 추가주문 일절 없는거보니 다들 실망하고 간게 틀림없어보였습니다...
유튜브만 보고 한시간 운전해서 간게 너무 후회되네요ㅠㅠ
추가로 짬뽕탕 별로 못먹어서 포장요청했더니 용기가 없다는 핑계로 포장도 안해주더라구요 전 솔직히 너무 별로였고 실망했습니다

recently i was there and foods taste as good as it looks. They said reheat few minutes on table before eat. white rice wine was fantastic with meat. two hour south of Seoul.
