What actually makes me want to buy more or eat more from a certain shop or store is the cleanliness and how organize they present to the customers.
I like to know what is in the menu item...to bad i dont know korean.

As I was curious why double frying is a thing:
Double frying helps with that evaporation process. By letting the chicken rest and cool between the dips in the oil, additional water evaporates from the skin. When you put it back in to finish frying, the rest of the water evaporates, which allows the skin to brown and crisp quickly before the meat overcooks.

The first fry is to cook the chicken wing completely but not develop the crust too much, the second fry is to develop that crispy crust everyone looks for when eating a fried piece of food. Another reason is that if you are working at a large restaurant they can fry the chicken once to get it cooked before service then when the customer orders it they fry it the second time, getting that nice crust and making the chicken hot for the customer.

After spending 10 years in Korea, I do miss the fried chicken- Namyeon chicken in particular. do-mari chicken joints....Galbi joints. In the US, can't find it locally like that.
