I’m just catching up on the episodes I’ve missed- SHANE!!! You’re so right!! This is a core memory. I went to Colorado on a ski trip with my church youth group in APRIL 1994- 9 days of skiing in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado - I remember maybe 3 days but the very best and most memorable day of that entire trip was the first night in Colorado, we had dinner at Casa Bonita!!! I knew in the thumbnail EXACTLY where you are and what the blog was about! So happy you got to experience this!

There was a shortage of those cookies this year, so literally no stores got the little cookies for Halloween, but we did get some for thanksgiving! :)
