Pizza Dough
150g strong flour
90g water
9g sugar
4g of yeast
3g salt
10g olive oil
-Tomato Sauce-(Amount to make 2 pizza)
1 can of whole tomatoes (400g)
half tbsp minced garlic
4 tbsp chopped onion
15g olive oil
half a teaspoon parsley
half a teaspoon oregano
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp sugar
1/3 tsp salt
pepper
sliced mozzarella cheese
1. You can apply tomato sauce and add toppings (pepperoni, shrimp, etc.)
2. Add as much cheese as you like

A few tips for you for great pizza:
use less yeast (around 2grams of fresh yeast for every kg of flour) and let it rise for 18 hours
Use 0 0 flour for the dough
When shaping the pizza dought try avoiding the roller and use your hand to push all the air into the crust also dont use a fork to poke it.
Try using just canned tomatoes (perferably san marzano) and bit of salt
Use fior di latte and cut them into julienne or if you use buffalo mozzarella tear it into smaller pieces
Cook your pizza at the highest tempretaure possible in you home oven if you use a wood fire oven aim for around 400-450 C (750f-840f) if you use your home oven try using a pizza stone and get it as hot as possible before putting the pizza on

@@waynestrange Yeah, I know, it's weird to me. That pizza looks really bad even compared to a Domino's or Little Caesar's. Now, imo those restaurants aren't bad, but it is not that hard to make better pizza at home. There are a ton of really good pizza vids on youtube, and compared to those, thin one really sucks!
