since you are changing spacers, get ones with properly fitting center bores, for extra safety of the setup. the ones you are using make the wheels sit on the studs, which is not the safest... and the calipers, red is still a classic. keep it up!

I always love to see someone working on a true classic like a Supra. And it is so great to see someone find a way to do something in a creative way that saves significant cost over the "standard" ways.
With that said, this is one mod that I do not agree with. They look great, but from an engineering standpoint there are a whole lot of draw backs reasons to not do this mod.
Big brakes might look cool, and in very special uses such as towing on a heavily loaded truck they make lots of sense. Also in an extended race where thermal runaway can cause catastrophic failure, the added thermal mass and surface area helps.
But consider that while taste and styles have changed since the 90's the laws of physics have not and the Toyota engineering team had some fairly smart guys. The big heavy brakes will adversely affect your sprung / unsprung mass ratio, cause ride quality issues, and possibly even reduce traction and cause issues with steering control in the worst case. You will have the added penalty of increased rotating mass that will reduce acceleration and waste horse power.
The upgraded factory Toyota brakes are well able provide braking forces that exceed the maximum tractive force available from any road tires at any speed. On a road car reducing your unsprug mass is the best thing you can do for handling and comfort, with the side benefits of reduced track times. If this is done by reduction of unsprung rotating mass (tires, rims, rotors, axle) it will have a multiplied effect of reduction of gyroscopic moment and increase transfer of horsepower into vehicle acceleration.

Hey Freddy as a previous ISF owner and IS300 owner just an fyi; the old front Supra calipers fit IS300s too years 2001 to 2006. Also when the ISF first came out most owners had to change out their rotors every 10k to 15k due to the aggressive pads that were used. Make sure that the rotors you buy are in spec (which you said they were) and that they aren't cracking between the cross drills, I guess it's from the temperature cycling.

The kit I came up with in 1995 ( when we had the only '95 on Supra in the UK imported directly from Japan ) was off the shelf by AP Racing ( of course , Wildwood was an option but not up to scratch ) for unsprung weight reduction with discs and custom made the aluminium bells and mounting brackets . I believe this kit is still available from Torque Developments ( International) PLC in Thurrock , UK .

Had a 94 TT RHD with na brakes. For the first few years the larger brakes were optional in Japan. I would have loved the old brakes. Looks like a 1/2" spacer. You may have to run a 15mm with longer studs or bolt on. If you go bolt the studs will protrude and I hope you have pockets on the Konig mounting pad. Otherwise you may have to machine the wheel pad. I have been down this road on an Sc400.

Any chance you captured the weight difference between new and old rotors and calipers before you did the install? And what are thoughts on needing to upgrade the rest of the system to support the larger calipers?

They might well last just fine on your supra but they were designed with that extra material and would have been stress analysed and tested that way. It's extremely naive to go removing material immediately beside your mounting bolts from your calipers and saying it won't affect the strength
